تعهد به نقش پرسپتوری در برنامه پرسپتورشیپ پرستاران جدید

پیش‌زمینه و هدف: مدل پرسپتورشیپ به‌منظور حمایت از پرستاران مبتدی جهت یادگیری آن‌ها در محیط بالینی در سطح جهانی بکار گرفته شده است. موفقیت مدل پرسپتورشیپ تا حد زیادی بر درک پرسپتورها از نقش پرسپتوری استوار است. پژوهش حاضر باهدف تعیین درک پرسپتورها از حمایت، پاداش و تعهد به نقش پرسپتوری در یک برنامه پرسپتورشیپ پرستاران جدید انجام گرفت.مواد و روش‌ کار: طی یک مطالعه توصیفی در یک بیمارستان آموزشی سطح سه در شمال غرب ایران 45 نفر از پرسپتورهای پرستاران جدید از بخش‌های بستری به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند. یک پرسشنامه چهارقسمتی استاندارد شامل مقیاس درک پرسپتورها از پاداش، مقیاس درک پرسپتور از حمایت، مقیاس درک پرسپتور از تعهد به نقش پرسپتوری و قسمت اطلاعات دموگرافیک و حرفه‌ای استفاده شد. داده ها در اسفندماه 1394 جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss v.21 و آمار توصیفی شامل فراوانی، درصد و میانگین و انحراف معیار تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های مطالعه نشان داد که پرسپتورها نسبت به نقش خود تعهد متوسطی را گزارش کردند (m=4/49, sd=0/75). آن‌ها همچنین نقش حمایتی مدیران پرستاری و همکاران خود را اساسی تلقی کردند.نتیجه‌گیری: پرسپتورها جزو لاینفک حمایت آموزشی برای پرستاران جدید در محیط بالینی محسوب می‌شوند. مدیران پرستاری و سوپروایزران آموزشی باید اطمینان حاصل کنند که پرسپتورهای پرستاران جدید در ایفای نقش خود از پاداش و حمایت کافی برخوردار هستند.

commitment to the preceptor role in a preceptorship program for new nurses

background aims: the preceptorship model has been adopted to support new nurses for their learning in the clinical setting. the success of the preceptorship model depends very much on the preceptors. the purpose of this study was to examine the preceptors' perceptions of commitment to the preceptor role in a new nurse preceptorship program.materials methods: this descriptive study was conducted in a tertiary teaching hospital in northwest of iran. a convenience sample of forty five preceptors from inpatient wards participated in this study. the study used a fourpart validated questionnaire including preceptor rsquo;s perception of benefits and rewards scale, preceptor rsquo;s perception of support scale, commitment to the preceptor role scale and demographic and professional information section. data were collected during march 2016 and were analyzed using spss v.21. descriptive statistics including frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation were used for the analysis.results: the research findings show that the preceptors had a moderate commitment to their role as preceptors (m = 4.49, sd = 0.75). additionally, support from the nursing admmistrators and coworkers was considered vital for participation in the role.conclusion: the findings of this study have implications for nursing admmistrators and nursing educators to ensure that appropriate and adequate benefits, rewards and supports are available to preceptors.
