هویت‌یابی و پاسخگویی مدرسان علوم پزشکی و پیراپزشکی بر مبنای رهبری معنوی با میانجیگری اخلاق سازمانی

پیش‌زمینه و هدف: امروزه پاسخگویی نقش اساسی در موفقیت دانشگاه‌ها دارد بدین خاطر پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی تاثیر رهبری معنوی بر هویت یابی و پاسخگویی مدرسان علوم پزشکی و پیراپزشکی با نقش میانجی اخلاق سازمانی در میان واحدهای دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان آذربایجان غربی در سال 1399 انجام شد. مواد و روش کار: روش پژوهش توصیفی- همبستگی و جامعه آماری به تعداد 75 نفر که 63 نفر از جدول کرجسی مورگان به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از چهار پرسشنامه استاندارد رهبری معنوی فرای (2005) هویت آشفورث (1992) پاسخگویی هاچ وارتر (2005) و اخلاق سازمانی اینگرید (2004) که روایی و پایایی مناسب داشتند استفاده گردید. روش پژوهش ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر نحوه گردآوری اطلاعات توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی و به‌طور مشخص مبتنی بر مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. یافته ها: یافته های مطالعه حاضر بر اساس قاعده قدر مطلق عدد تی بالاتر از 1/96 ± نشان از رابطه معنی‌دار بین متغیرها است. رهبری معنوی تاثیر معنی داری با هویت یابی و پاسخگویی مدرسان علوم پزشکی و پیراپزشکی داشت، همچنین نقش میانجی اخلاق سازمانی در این رابطه تایید شد.. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته ها می توان گفت که توجه به رهبری معنوی و به طبع آن اخلاق سازمانی می تواند در هویت یابی و پاسخگویی مدرسان علوم پزشکی و پیراپزشکی دانشگاه تاثیر مثبت و سازنده ای داشته باشد.

identification and accountability of medical and paramedical instructors based on spiritual leadership mediated by organizational ethics

background & aims: today, accountability plays an essential role in the success of universities. therefore, the present study aimed to investigate the effect of spiritual leadership on the identification and accountability of medical and paramedical instructors by mediating organizational ethics among islamic azad universities in west azerbaijan in 2020.materials & methods: using descriptive-correlational research method and a statistical population of 75 people, 63 subjects were selected from krejcie morgan table as a sample. for data collection, four standard questionnaires were used: fry spiritual leadership (2005), ashforth identity (1992), hatch warter accountability (2005), and ingrid (2004) organizational ethics, which had good validity and reliability. the research method was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of how to collect descriptive and correlational information and specifically based on structural modeling.results: the findings of the present study based on the rule of absolute value of t number above 1.96± show a significant relationship between variables. spiritual leadership had a significant effect on the identification and accountability of medical and paramedical instructors, and the mediating role of organizational ethics in this regard was confirmed. conclusion: according to the findings, it can be said that paying attention to spiritual leadership and its nature, organizational ethics can have a positive and constructive effect on identifying and responding to university medical and paramedical instructors.
