علل خطاهای پرستاری و عوامل موثر بر عدم گزارش‌دهی آن از دیدگاه پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان‌های وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مراغه

پیش‌زمینه و هدف: خطای پرستاری به معنای قصور و اشتباه در انجام استانداردهای مراقبتی است که درنتیجه خطای سازمانی و یا خطای نیروی انسانی رخ می‌دهد. این مطالعه باهدف تعیین علل خطاهای پرستاری و عوامل موثر بر عدم گزارش دهی آن از دیدگاه پرستاران انجام شد.مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه مقطعیتوصیفی حاضر به‌صورت در دسترس بر روی پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان‌های وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مراغه در سال 1399 انجام شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه‌ پژوهشگر ساخته بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری spss(ver.25) تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد.یافته‌ها: 86.7 درصد از شرکت‌کنندگان زن و 13.3 درصد مرد بودند. مهم‌ترین دلیل بروز و مهم‌ترین دلیل عدم گزارش دهی خطاهای پرستاری ازنظر پرستاران در این مطالعه به ترتیب »شلوغی شیفت کاری و کمبود وقت و فرصت « با میانگین 0.7 ±4.5 و »ترس از اطلاع یافتن مسئولان بخش و سرزنش از طرف آن‌ها « با میانگین 0.7 ±4 بود.بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: طبق نتایج پژوهش حاضر، مهم‌ترین دلیل بروز خطا ازنظر پرستاران، بارکاری زیاد و انجام کار خارج از توان بود که می‌توان با افزایش و مدیریت بهتر نیروی انسانی تا حدود زیادی این بارکاری زیاد را کاهش داد. همچنین مهم‌ترین دلیل عدم گزارش دهی پرستاران ترس از اطلاع یافتن مسئولان بخش و سرزنش از طرف آن‌ها می‌باشد که پیشنهاد می‌شود جهت بهبود این مشکل مدیران بیمارستان شرایطی را فراهم کنند که افراد بتوانند در صورت بروز خطا، به آن‌ها اعتماد کرده و خطای خود را گزارش کنند.

THE CAUSES OF NURSING ERRORS AND EFFECTIVE FACTORS IN NON-REPORTING OF ERRORS FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF NURSES IN THE HOSPITALS AFFILIATED TO MARAGHEH UNIVERSITY OF MEDICAL SCIENCES

Background Aims: A nursing error means failure and error in carrying out care standards, which occurs as a result of an organizational error or manpower error. The present study was conducted to investigate the causes of nursing errors and effective factors in nonreporting of errors from the perspective of nurses.Materials Methods: This descriptiveanalytical crosssectional study was conducted among the nurses working in hospitals affiliated to Maragheh University of medical sciences in 2021. The sampling method of the present study was convenience sampling. The data collection tool was the Researchermade questionnaire. Data were analyzed in SPSS software (version 25).Results: 86.7% of participants were female and 13.3% were male. The important reasons for occurring and nonreporting of nursing errors were Overcrowded work shift and lack of time and opportunity with an average of 4.5 ±0.7 and fear of informing department authorities and being reprimanded by them with an average of 4 ±0.7.Conclusion: The most important reason for the error incident among nurses was heavy workload and doing works beyond their power and it is possible to significantly reduce this workload by increasing and managing the manpower. The most important reason for nonreporting is fear of informing department authorities and being reprimanded by them; to solve this problem, the hospital managers and administrators can provide conditions for nurses so that they can trust in case of an error incident and report their errors to prevent further problems.
