بررسی کیفیت زندگی مراقبین (خانواده) بیماران تحت همودیالیز

پیش‌زمینه و هدف: مواجهه مراقبین با وظایف و مسئولیت‌های ناشی از مراقبت بیماران تحت همودیالیز مستقیماً با کیفیت زندگی آنان در ارتباط بوده و ممکن است به کاهش کیفیت زندگی آنان منجر شود. این پژوهش باهدف بررسی کیفیت زندگی مراقبین ( خانواده) بیماران تحت همودیالیز مراجعه‌کننده به ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎن ﺷﻬﯿﺪ رهنمون یزد در سال 1399 انجام شد.مواد و روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی بر روی 55 نفر از مراقبین بیماران تحت همودیالیز مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان شهید رهنمون انجام شد. نمونه‌ها به شیوه تصادفی انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه مشخصات دموگرافیک و کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت مراقبین خانوادگی بیماران استفاده گردید. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با کمک نرم‌افزار آماری spssنسخه 16 و از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (آزمون آماری پیرسون، تی تست مستقل و آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه) استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که میانگین کیفیت زندگی کلی مراقبین 22.65 ± 53.00 بود. بیشترین میانگین مربوط به بُعد تعارض (dimension of conflict) (24.2 ± 62.19) و کمترین میانگین مربوط به بُعد تشویش ذهنی (dimension of mental restlessness) (27.13 ± 45.90) بود. بین کیفیت زندگی مراقبین با سن، وضعیت تاهل، وضعیت اشتغال، ساعات مراقبت در هفته و میزان درآمد ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود نداشت (0.05

EVALUATION OF THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF CAREGIVERS (FAMILY) OF PATIENTS UNDERGOING HEMODIALYSIS

Background Aim: Caregivers #39; exposure to the duties and responsibilities arising from the care of hemodialysis patients is directly related to their quality of life and may lead to a reduction in their quality of life. The aim of this study was to investigate the quality of life of caregivers of patients undergoing hemodialysis referred to Shahid Rahnemoun Hospital of Yazd/Iran in 2020.Materials Method: This descriptiveanalytical study was performed on 55 caregivers of hemodialysis patients referred to Shahid Rahnemoun Hospital. Samples were randomly selected. To collect data, a questionnaire of demographic characteristics and quality of life related to the health of patients #39; family caregivers was used. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 16 and descriptive and inferential statistics (Pearson test, independent ttest, and oneway analysis of variance) were used.Results: The results showed that the mean quality of life of caregivers was 53.00 + 22.65. The highest and lowest means were related to the dimensions of conflict (62.19 + 24.2) and mental restlessness (45.90 + 27.13), respectively. There was no significant relationship between the quality of life of caregivers with age, marital status, employment status, weekly care hours, and income (P >0.05). Conclusion: Hemodialysis affects not only the quality of life of patients but also the quality of life of their caregivers. Therefore, it seems necessary to address the problems of caregivers who care for these patients, and should be considered in planning.
