اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر نظریه چارچوب ارتباطی بر تمایزیافتگی و تعارضات زناشویی زوجین

پیش‌زمینه و هدف: تعارضات زناشویی موجب آسیب در ارتباط بین زوجین می شود. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر نظریه چارچوب ارتباطی بر تمایزیافتگی و تعارضات زناشویی زوجین بود.مواد و روش ها: طرح پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون پس آزمون و پیگیری با گروه گواه بود. جامعه ی آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی زوجین مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر کرمان در سال 1398 بود. 18 زوج از زوجین مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره به‌عنوان نمونه به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند و جلسات زوج درمانی متمرکز بر نظریه چارچوب ارتباطی در 8 جلسه 60 دقیقه ای برای آنها اجرا شد. اما گروه گواه هیچ مداخله ای دریافت نکرد. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه تمایزیافتگی خود (اسکورن و فریدلندر، 1998) و مقیاس تعارض زناشویی (ثنایی ذاکر، 1387) بود. برای تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده ها از نرم‌افزار spss 23 و آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس با اندازه گیری های مکرر و آزمون بونفرونی استفاده شد.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد درمان مبتنی بر نظریه چارچوب ارتباطی می تواند موجب افزایش تمایزیافتگی و کاهش تعارضات زناشویی شود (0.0001>p).بحث و نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده می توان برای افزایش تمایزیافتگی و کاهش تعارضات زناشویی از درمان مبتنی بر نظریه چارچوب ارتباطی استفاده کرد. لذا به درمانگران پیشنهاد می شود از درمان مبتنی بر چارچوب ارتباطی برای کاهش مشکلات زوجین و افزایش سازگاری زناشویی استفاده کنند.

THE EFFECTIVENESS OF COMMUNICATION THEORY BASED ON COMMUNICATION THEORY ON DISTINCTION AND COUPLES' MARITAL CONFLICTS

Background Aims: Marital conflicts cause harm in the relationship between couples. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment based on the theory of communication framework to increase differentiation and reduce marital conflicts.Materials Methods: The research project was semiexperimental with pretestposttest design and followup with the control group. The statistical population of this study included all couples referring to counseling centers in Kerman in 2019. Eighteen couples from counseling centers were selected as available as a sample, and couple therapy sessions based on communication framework theory were conducted in 8 60minute sessions. But the control group did not intervene. The research tools included a differentiation questionnaire (Scorn and Friedlander, 1998) and marital conflict scale (SanaeiZaker, 2008). SPSS 23 software and covariance analysis test with repeated measurements and Bonfroni test were used for data analysis.Results: The results showed that communicationbased therapy could increase discrimination and reduce marital conflict (P <0.0001).Discussion Conclusion: According to the obtained results, treatment based on communication framework theory can be used to increase differentiation and reduce marital conflicts. Therefore, therapists are recommended to use communicationbased therapy to reduce couples #39; problems and increase marital adjustment.
