موانع برقراری ارتباط موثر پرستار - بیمار از دیدگاه دانشجویان پرستاری دانشکده پرستاری و مامائی ارومیه

پیش‌زمینه و هدف: ارتباطات موثر بین پرستار و بیمار ، می‌تواند یک رابطه مثبت در طول فرآیند مراقبت باشد. عوامل زیادی بر ارتباطات پرستار بیمار تاثیر دارند و بعضی از آن‌ها مانع ارتباط موثر با بیمار می‌شوند که شناسایی این موانع کمک می‌کنند تا دانشجویان پرستاری از عوامل بازدارنده ارتباط با بیمار آگاه شوند. لذا هدف از این مطالعه بررسی موانع برقراری ارتباط پرستار و بیمار از دیدگاه دانشجویان پرستاری است.مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه از نوع توصیفیمقطعی می‌باشد. حجم نمونه شامل: 136 نفراز دانشجویان پرستاری در عرصه دانشکده پرستاری و مامائی ارومیه می‌باشند که به روش سرشماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه دوقسمتی موانع برقراری ارتباط موثر پرستار بیمار می‌باشد که در بخش اول مشخصات جمعیت شناختی و قسمت دوم مربوط به دیدگاه دانشجویان پرستاری در خصوص موانع برقراری ارتباط موثر بین پرستار بیمار در چهار حیطه (1 عوامل فردی و اجتماعی 2 ویژگی‌های شغلی 3 شرایط بالینی بیمار 4 عوامل محیط )می‌باشد. تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار spss و آمار توصیفی و استنباطی انجام شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که بیشترین نمره کسب‌شده با میانگین 1/1 ±62/3 مربوط به حیطه ویژگی‌های شغلی و کم‌ترین نمره کسب‌شده با میانگین 1/1 ±21/3 مربوط به حیطه ویژگی‌های فردی - اجتماعی بود میانگین نمره کلی کسب‌شده جهت وجود موانع 1/1 ±35/3 بود که نشان می‌دهد نمره به‌دست آمده متوسط به بالا ( متوسط 5/2) بوده و از دیدگاه دانشجویان موانع ارتباط بین پرستار و بیمار زیاد است.نتیجه‌گیری: در این مطالعه عوامل شغلی مهم‌ترین مانع بازدارنده برقراری ارتباط موثر، بود. مدیران سیستمهای آموزشی بایستی تلاش خود را در جهت تعدیل اثر این عوامل به‌منظور بهبود این ارتباط و درنهایت ارتقاء کیفیت آموزش بالینی دانشجویان، متمرکز نمایند.

BARRIERS TO ESTABLISHING EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN NURSE AND PATIENT ACCORDING TO NURSING STUDENTS' VIEWPOINTS URMIA NURSING AND MIDWIFERY FACULTY

Background Aims: Effective communication between nurse and patient creates a positive relationship throughout the care process. Various factors affect the communication between the nurse and patient, and some of them prevent effective communication with the patient. Identifying these barriers will help nurses recognize the factors that prevent effective communicate with the patient. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the barriers of nursepatient communication between nursing students.Materials Methods: In this descriptivecross sectional study, the sample size includes 136 nursing students of Urmia Nursing and Midwifery Faculty. Data were collected through a barriers to effective communication between nurses patients questionnaire. The first part of the questionnaire consisted of questions about the demographic characteristics and the second part included fivepoint Likert scale questions concerning the viewpoint of nurses. Data were analyzed using SPSS software and descriptive and inferential statistics.Results: The results of this study showed that the mean age of students was 23.31 ± 4.43. The range of occupational features with a mean of 3.62 ± 1. 1 was the highest and the clinical conditions of the patient with an average score of 3.7 ± 1/3 were the lowest. The average score for the presence of barriers was3.35 ±1.1, indicating that the score was moderate to high (average of2.5), and the barriers of communication between the nurse and the patient were strong from the viewpoint of the students.Conclusion: Occupational factors have the greatest impact on barriers to effective communication. Educational and therapeutic departments should reduce or minimize these factors in order to improve this relationship and ultimately improve the quality of nursing education.
