ارزیابی بیماران مراجعه‌کننده به بخش پروتز دانشکده‌ی دندان‌پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان سال تحصیلی 1401-1400

مقدمه: ببا توجه به نقش کلیدی «ترکیب بیماران» در کسب مهارت‌های بالینی، هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی نیازهای دهان و دندان بیماران مراجعه‌کننده به بخش پروتزهای دندانی دانشکده‌ی دندان‌پزشکی اصفهان و مقایسه‌ی آن با کوریکولوم آموزشی جهت تعیین کفایت آموزش بالینی بود.مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه‌ی توصیفی مقطعی که در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 انجام شد، ترکیب بیماران به صورت سرشماری کل بیماران مراجعه‌کننده به بخش پروتزهای دندانی دانشکده‌ی دندان‌پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان با استفاده از برگه‌های معاینه و لاگ بوک‌های بایگانی‌شده مشخص شد. نیازهای آموزشی دانشجویان، با حاصل ضرب تعداد دانشجو در هر ترم در تعداد موارد ذکر شده در الزامات آموزشی آن ترم عملی معین گردید.یافته‎ها: در این مطالعه در واحدهای پروتزهای ثابت عملی یک و پروتزهای پیشرفته عملی تعداد خدمات ارائه ‌شده برابر با الزامات آموزشی برای کل دانشجویان و در واحدهای پروتزهای ثابت عملی دو، پروتزهای پارسیل عملی یک و دو، پروتزهای کامل عملی یک و دو تعداد خدمات ارائه ‌شده کمتر از الزامات آموزشی برای کل دانشجویان بود.نتیجه‎گیری: در بیشتر واحدهای درسی ارائه ‌شده، تعداد خدمات ارائه ‌شده کمتر از الزامات آموزشی تعیین ‌شده توسط کوریکولوم وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی بود و نیاز به اندیشیدن تمهیداتی برای رفع این مساله است.

evaluation of patients referred to the prosthodontics department of the faculty of dentistry, isfahan university of medical sciences, academic year 2021-2022

introduction: considering the key role of &combination of patients& in acquiring clinical skills, this study aimed to investigate the oral and dental needs of patients referred to the dental prostheses department of isfahan faculty of dentistry and compare it with the educational curriculum to determine the adequacy of clinical education.materials and methods: in this cross-sectional descriptive study, conducted in the academic year of 2021-2022, the composition of patients was determined by a census of all patients referred to the dental prosthetics department of the faculty of dentistry of isfahan university of medical sciences using examination sheets and archived logbooks. the educational needs of the students were determined by multiplying the number of students in each semester by the number of items mentioned in the academic requirements of that practical semester.results: in this study, in the units of practical fixed prostheses one and advanced practical prostheses, the number of services provided was equal to the educational requirements for all students, and in the units of practical fixed prostheses two, partial prostheses one and two, practical complete prostheses one and two, the number of services provided was less than the educational requirements for all students.conclusion: in most of the courses provided, the number of services provided was less than the educational requirements set by the ministry of health, treatment, and medical education’s curriculum, and measures to solve this problem need to be considered.
