مقایسه‌ی آزمایشگاهی میزان ریزنشت اپیکالی طولانی‌مدت کانال‌های پرشده با 2 سیلر adseal و ah26

مقدمه: سیل نامناسب کانال ریشه، می‌تواند پیش‌‌آگهی درمان ریشه را به مخاطره اندازد. هدف از مطالعه‌ی حاضر، مقایسه‌ی سیل بلندمدت اپیکالی دو سیلر ah26 و adseal می‌باشد.مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه تجربی آزمایشگاهی، 60 عدد دندان کانین تک کانال انسانی استفاده شد. کانال‌ها تا فایل دستی 40 و شکل‌دهی تا فایل دستی 55 به روش استپ بک آماده شدند. در 25 نمونه جهت پرکردن کانال از گوتاپرکا و سیلر ah26 و در 25 نمونه، از سیلرadseal  به روش تراکم جانبی استفاده شد.5 نمونه فقط با گوتاپرکا پر شدند (کنترل مثبت) و در 5 نمونه کانال‌های پاک‌سازی شده، سیل نشدند (کنترل منفی). نمونه‌ها به مدت 2 ماه در انکوباتور قرار گرفته و پس از آن، تمام سطوح دندان‌ها به جز 3 میلی‌متر اپیکالی با لاک ناخن پوشانده و به مدت 72 ساعت در محلول متیلن بلو قرار داده شدند. در آخر بوسیله‌ی دیسک، دندان‌ها برش طولی داده و زیر استریومیکروسکوپ با بزرگنمایی 34، میزان نفوذ رنگ با کمک کولیس بررسی شد. داده‌ها با آزمون‌های kruskal-wallis و  mann-whitney uتجزیه و تحلیل شدند (0/05 = α).یافته‌ها: بیشترین میانگین ریز نشت در گروه شاهد مثبت (7/99 میلی‌متر) و کمترین میزان (0 میلی‌متر) در گروه شاهد منفی بود و میانگین ریزنشت در گروه سیلر adseal (5/1406 میلی‌متر) و میانگین ریزنشت در گروه ah26  (4/3976 میلی‌متر) بود، تفاوت دو گروه مطالعه از لحاظ آماری معنی‌دار نبود (0/437 = p value).نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس مطالعه‌ی حاضر، سیل اپیکالی بلندمدت با سیلر ah26 مناسب‌تر از سیلر adseal بود.

in vitro comparison of the long time apical micro-leakage in the obturateded root canals with two sealers adseal and ah26

introduction: choosing the proper sealer can be effective on the sealing of the canal. this study aimed to compare the amount of apical micro-leakage in two sealers of ah26 and adseal over a long time period.materials methods: in this laboratory experimental study, 60 human single-rooted teeth were used. the canals were prepared using manual file 40 and shaped to manual file 55 by the stepback method. in 25 samples, gutta-percha and ah26 sealer were used to fill the canal, and in 25 samples, adseal sealer was used using the lateral compression method. five samples were filled with gutta-percha only (positive control), and five were not filled with canals (negative control). the samples were placed in an incubator for 2 months, and after that, all the surfaces of the teeth, except for the apical 3 mm, were covered with nail polish and placed in methylene blue solution for 72 hours. finally, the teeth were cut longitudinally with a disk. and under a stereomicroscope with 34 magnifications, the amount of color penetration was checked with the help of calipers. data were analyzed with kruskal-wallis and mann-whitney tests (α = 0.05).results: the most micro-leakage is related to the positive control group (7.99mm) and the least to the negative control group. the mean microleakage in the adseal sealer group was (5.1460mm), and the mean microleakage in the ah26 group (4.3976 mm), the difference between the two study groups was not statistically significant. (p value = 0.437).conclusion: the results of this study showed that over a long period, the ah26 sealer provided a more appropriate apical seal than the adseal sealer.
