پوشش بیمه دندان‌پزشکی کودکان به مثابه یک تقاضای محقق نشده؟

مقدمه: خدمات دندان‌پزشکی توسط نظام سلامت نه تنها باکاهش بار مالی بیماری‌‌های دهان و دندان خانوارها در ارتباط است بلکه به ارتقاء سلامت دهان و دندان کودکان هم کمک می‌کند. هدف از مطالعه‌ی حاضر، بررسی اولویت‌بندی والدین برای پوشش خدمات دندان‌پزشکی کودکان در قالب بیمه‌ی درمان پایه بود.مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه‌ی حاضر توصیفی و به لحاظ طرح پژوهش، پیمایشی است. که در شهر اصفهان در زمستان سال 1398 و بهار سال 1399 انجام شد. جامعه‌ی آماری شامل خانوارهای دارای کودک 12-6 ساله بود که در زمان نمونه‌گیری، برای دریافت خدمات دندان‌پزشکی کودکان به کلینیک‌های دولتی و خصوصی دندان‌پزشکی دارای متخصص دندان‌پزشکی کودکان در شهر اصفهان مراجعه کرده بودند. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از طریق پرسش‌نامه‌ی محقق ساخته صورت گرفت. از میان 464 پرسش‌نامه‌ی تکمیل شده، 51 پرسش‌نامه به صورت آنلاین و 413 پرسش‌نامه از طریق مصاحبه‌ی حضوری تکمیل شد. داده‌های این مطالعه از طریق مدل‌های رگرسیون تجزیه و تحلیل گردید.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که گسترش خدمات دندان‌پزشکی کودکان 6 تا 12 ساله در بیمه‌های درمان اجتماعی یک اولویت مهم از دیدگاه والدین می‌باشد.نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های مطالعه نشان داد که گسترش خدمات دندان‌پزشکی کودکان در بیمه‌های درمان اجتماعی یک تقاضای محقق نشده است. این یافته می‌تواند مورد توجه سیاستگذاران حوزه‌ی سلامت دهان و دندان و همچنین سیاستگذاران بیمه‌ی درمان قرار بگیرد.

pediatric dental insurance coverage as an unmet demand?

introduction:the coverage of dental services by the health system is not only related to reducing the financial burden of oral and dental diseases of households but also helps to improve the oral and dental health of children. the purpose of this study is to investigate the prioritization of parents to cover dental services for children in the form of basic medical insurance.materials& methods:the present study is a cross-sectional survey that was conducted in isfahan city in the winter of 2018 and spring of 2019. the statistical population included households with children aged 6-12 who, at the time of sampling, had visited public and private dental clinics with pediatric dental specialists in isfahan city to receive dental services for children. data collection was done through a researcher-made questionnaire. out of the 464 questionnaires, 51 questionnaires were completed online and 413 questionnaires were completed through face-to-face interviews. stata 14 software was used for data analysis.results:the findings of the study show that the expansion of pediatric dental care in social health insurance is a priority for parents.conclusion:the findings of the study show that the expansion of children's dental services in social health insurance is an unmet demand. this finding can be of interest to oral and dental health policymakers as well as medical insurance policymakers.
