مقایسه‌ی آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد دانشجویان دندان‌پزشکی اصفهان در مورد دهانشویه‌های کلرهگزیدین، لیسترین و فلوراید

مقدمه: دندان‌پزشکان، نقش مهمی در بالا بردن آگاهی مردم در استفاده از دهانشویه‌ها دارند، در نتیجه دستیابی به آگاهی در این زمینه در دوران تحصیل لازم است. هدف این مطالعه، مقایسه‌ی تفاوت سطح آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد دانشجویان دندان‌پزشکی در دانشگاه آزاد و مقایسه بین دو دانشگاه آزاد و دولتی در مورد دهانشویه‌ها می‌باشد.مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه‌ی مقطعی- توصیفی در دانشکده‌ی دندان‌پزشکی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد اصفهان (خوزاسگان) در سال 1398 انجام شد. پرسش‌نامه‌ی محقق ساخته پایا و روا حاوی 26 سوال بین 134 دانشجوی دندان‌پزشکی دانشگاه آزاد در سطوح مختلف (علوم پایه، سال پنجم و آخر) و سال آخر دانشگاه دولتی اصفهان توزیع شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها توسط آزمون‌های shapiro-wilk، independent samples t-test، آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه، tukey و ضریب همبستگی pearson در سطح معنی‌داری 05.0 انجام شد.یافته‌ها: بین آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد دانشجویان دندان‌پزشکی دانشگاه آزاد در سنوات مختلف تحصیلی اختلاف معنی‌داری وجود داشت (0.001 > p value). ارتباط بین آگاهی و نگرش، آگاهی و عملکرد، نگرش و عملکرد در مقاطع مختلف تحصیلی معنی‌داری نبود (0.05 < p value)، همچنین اختلاف معنی‌داری بین میانگین نمره‌ی آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد دانشجویان دو دانشگاه وجود نداشت (0.05 < p value).نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان از بهبود میانگین نمره‌ی آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد دانشجویان با افزایش سال‌های تحصیل داشت. هرچند آگاهی و عملکرد در سطح متوسط باقی ماند. همچنین افزایش آگاهی منجر به نگرش و عملکرد مطلوب نشد.

comparison of knowledge، attitude and practice of isfahan dental students about chlorhexidine، liseterine and fluoride mouthwashes

introduction: dentists play an important role in improving the society knowledge regarding the use mouthwashes. therefore، such knowledge is necessary during the dental education. the aim of this research is to evaluate students' knowledge، attitude and performance regarding the use of mouthwash among the students of islamic azad university at isfahan as well as a comparison between free and state university students.materials & methods: in this descriptive-cross sectional study، a valid and reliable researcher designed questionnaire including 26 question was distributed among 134 azad university dental student of different level (basic sciences، fifth year and senior year) and senior students of isfahan medical science dental school. one-way anova، t-test، shapiro-wilk، tukey and pearson correlation coefficient tests served for statistically analyze (α = 0.05(. results: a significant difference exists between knowledge، attitude and performance of basic sciences، fifth year and senior year. however، there was no significant relationship between knowledge and attitude، knowledge and performance، attitude and performance of different educational levels. no significant difference also reveals between the mean score of knowledge، attitude and performance of the students of the two universities.conclusion:the results showed an improvement in knowledge، attitude and performance at the student by the level of education. however، knowledge and performance remained at a moderate level. also، raising awareness does not necessarily lead to good attitudes and performance.
