آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد دانشجویان دندان‌پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان در زمینه‌ی بهداشت دهان و دندان

مقدمه: بهداشت دهان و دندان، یکی از اجزای مهم سلامت محسوب شده و تاثیر زیادی بر کیفیت زندگی افراد دارد. این مطالعه ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﺳﻄﺢ آﮔﺎﻫﻲ، ﻧﮕﺮش و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﺸﺠﻮﻳﺎن دﻧﺪاﻧ‌‌ﭙﺰﺷﻜﻲ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺰﺷﻜﻲ ﻛﺮﻣﺎن در زﻣﻴﻨﻪ‌ی ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺖ دﻫﺎن و دﻧﺪان، در ﺳﺎل ١٣٩٩ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ.مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه‌ی توصیفی- مقطعی، پرسش‌نامه توسط 240 دانشجوی دندان‌پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان در دانشکده‌ی دندان‌پزشکی در سال 1399تکمیل گردید و اطلاعات مربوط به سن، جنسیت، سنوات تحصیلی، تحصیلات والدین، آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد دانشجویان دندان‌پزشکی در زمینه‌ی بهداشت دهان و دندان جمع‌آوری شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از ﺿﺮﻳﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ pearson و رﮔﺮﺳﻴﻮن ﺧﻄﻲ ﺑﻪ روش ﮔﺎم ﺑﻪ ﮔﺎم ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آزﻣﻮن baron، kenny و chi-square اﺳﺘﻔﺎده شد. ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ‌دارى ﻛﻤﺘﺮ از ٠٥/٠ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ.یافته‌ها: 48 درصد از دانشجویان، آگاهی بالا و 42 درصد، نگرش مناسب در زمینه‌ی بهداشت دهان و دندان داشتند. بین متغیرهای سن و نوع ورود به رشته‌ی دندان‌پزشکی و متغیرهای نگرش، آگاهی و عملکرد، رابطه‌ی معنی‌داری وجود نداشت (0.05 > p value). زنان و افرادی که والدین‌شان دندان‌پزشک بودند، بطور معنی‌داری عملکرد بهتری در زمینه‌ی بهداشت دهان و دندان داشتند. بین نگرش و آگاهی و همچنین آگاهی و عملکرد، ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود داشت (0.05

oral and dental health knowledge, attitude and performance of dental students of kerman university of medical sciences

introduction:oral and dental health is a crucial aspect of overall health and has a great impact on the quality of life. the aim of this study was to evaluate the knowledge, attitude and performance of dental students of kerman university of medical sciences in the field of oral and dental health.materials& methods:in this cross-sectional study, a questionnaire was completed by 240 dental students of kerman university of medical sciences and information about age, gender, years of education, parents' education, knowledge, attitude and performance of dental students in the field of oral and dental health were collected. to analyze the data, pearson correlation coefficient and linear regression step by step method using baron and kenny test and chi-square test. the level of significance was set at a p value < 0.05.results:48% of students had high knowledge and 42% had a positive attitude towards oral and dental health. there was no significant relationship between the variables of age and type of entry into dentistry and the variables of attitude, knowledge and practice (p value > 0.05). women and those whose parents were dentists had significantly better oral and dental health performance. there was a significant relationship between knowledge and performance and between attitude and knowledge (p value < 0.05).conclusion:the status of students' oral and dental health knowledge, attitude and performance are moderate and it is essential to develop effective programs to improve these variables to enhance the individual and professional performance of students in this field.
