روش‌های انضباطی اثربخش بر رفتار کودکان در مراکز شبانه‌روزی تحت پوشش سازمان بهزیستی

پژوهش حاضر به منظور تعیین روش های انضباطی اثربخش مربیان بر کاهش میزان بدرفتاری کودکان در یکی از مراکز شبانه روزی تحت پوشش سازمان بهزیستی انجام شده است. روش پژوهش از نوع مطالعه ی موردی کیفی و روش نمونه گیری در دسترس است. برای انجام این پژوهش، 6 مربی شاغل در یک مرکز شبانه روزی خصوصی دخترانه ی تحت پوشش بهزیستی شهر تهران به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. داده ها به وسیله ی دفتر گزارش های روزانه، مشاهده و مصاحبه جمع آوری شد. مربیان بر اساس میزان بدرفتاری کودکان در ساعات حضور آنها به دو گروه مربیان اثربخش (با میزان بدرفتاری نسبتاً کم کودکان) و مربیان کمتر اثربخش (با میزان بدرفتاری نسبتاً زیاد کودکان) تقسیم شدند تا روش های انضباطی که به کار می گیرند مقایسه شود. برای تحلیل داده ها ابتدا فراوانی رفتار مربیان طبق سیاهه ی مشاهده محاسبه گردید و سپس پاسخ مربیان به سوالات مصاحبه با استفاده از فن کدگذاری سه مرحله ای (باز، محوری و انتخابی) تحلیل شد. طبق یافته ها، فراوانی رفتارهای مربوط به انضباط جامع در بین مربیان اثربخش و فراوانی رفتارهای مربوط به انضباط سنتی در بین مربیان کمتر اثربخش به میزان بیشتری مشاهده شد. براساس اظهارات مربیان در مصاحبه ها نیز مشخص شد، در مقوله های یازده گانه ی مدیریت رفتار مربیان اثربخش از روش های حمایتی و مشارکتی استفاده می کردند و مربیان کمتر اثربخش از روش های کنترل گرانه ی مبتنی بر پاداش و تنبیه.

effective disciplinary methods on children's behavior in boarding schools under the auspices of the welfare organization

the present study was conducted to determine the effective disciplinary methods of educators on reducing child abuse in one of the boarding centers covered by welfare. the research method is qualitative case study and sampling method is available. to conduct this study, a sample of educators working in one of the girls’ private boarding centers under the auspices of the welfare of tehran agreed to participate in the study. data were collected through observation, interview, questionnaire and daily report book. educators were divided into two groups based on the extent of child abuse during their hours of attendance: effective educators (with relatively low levels of child abuse) and less effective educators (with relatively high levels of child abuse). the disciplinary methods they use to manage children’s behavior were compared. three-step coding technique (open, axial and selective) was used to analyze the data. according to the results, the dominant approach in the disciplinary activities of effective educators was the comprehensive versus traditional approach. in other words, effective educators used comprehensive, supportive and participatory activities in the components of relationships, respect, interaction, engagement, and environment to establish discipline, and less effective educators used traditional activities based on reward, punishment, and control.
