رویکردی نو به کاربست جامعه شناسی سیاست در تحلیل سیاست آموزشی

تحلیل سیاست آموزشی همواره یکی از مهم ترین عوامل حرکت کشورها به سمت آرمان های دموکراتیک مانند، فرصت های آموزشی عادلانه و حقوق مدنی بوده است. جامعه شناسی سیاست به مثابه سنتی در تحلیل سیاست آموزشی، نگاه بی بدیلی را برای تحلیل مسائل سیاستی در حوزه آموزش ارائه کرده است. با وجود اهمیت چنین رویکردی، شواهد علمی مبنی بر سمت و سوی مطالعات سیاستی در زمینه جامعه شناسی سیاست در ایران باشد، در دسترس نیست. لذا، این نوشتار با توجه به غنی نبودن پیشینه علمی مربوط به جامعه شناسی سیاست به زبان فارسی، در پی تشریح این سنت پژوهشی است. بر همین اساس، ارائه مفروضات کلیدی جامعه شناسی سیاست و طرح دیرینه شناسی سیاست به مثابه یکی از روش های مطرح در این سنت پژوهشی، در این نوشتار پیگیری شده است. روش پژوهش این نوشتار، توصیفی تحلیلی و از نوع اسنادی است. این مطالعه نشان داده است که جامعه شناسی سیاست بر هفت مفروضه کلیدی استوار است. ارزش محوری، نگاه سیاسی و تاریخی، مطالعه چند رشته ای، هم آرایی، مطالعه گفتمان و پژوهش کیفی از جمله این مفروضات هستند. این نوشتار همچنین به این موضوع پرداخته است که پژوهشگران به چه نحو باید از دیرینه شناسی سیاست برای تحلیل سیاست های آموزشی استفاده کنند.

Critical policy sociology and education policy studies

Education policy has always been one of the most important factors driving countries toward democratic aspirations, such as justly educational opportunities and civil rights. The policy sociology as a tradition in the analysis of educational policy has provided an unparalleled perspective for analyzing policy issues in the field of education. Despite the importance of such an approach, there is no scientific evidence for the direction of policy studies in the policy sociology in Iran. Therefore, this paper seeks to describe this research tradition, given the lack of rich scientific background in the policy sociology in Persian. Accordingly, the present paper presents the key assumptions of the policy sociology and the policy archaeology as one of the approaches proposed in this research tradition. The research method of this paper is descriptiveanalytical and documentary type. This study has shown that the policy sociology is based on seven key assumptions. These assumptions are value based study, political and historical perspective, multidisciplinary study, assemblage, discourse study and qualitative research. This article also discusses how researchers should use policy archaeology to analyze educational policies.
