جستاری در همگونی آراء و اندیشه‌های عبدالله قطب در مکاتیب با آموزه‌ها و متون بودایی

عبدالله قطب‌بن‌محیی،‌ از جمله عارفان قرن نهم ه.ق در جنوب فارس است که مجموعه نامه‌های وی مشهور به مکاتیب، از آموزه‌های عرفانی و اخلاقی برخوردار بوده و برخی از اندیشه‌های همگون با باورهای بودایی در آن به چشم می‌خورد. از بررسی تطبیقی متون بودایی به ویژه سورة نیلوفر و کتاب دمّه پده با مکاتیب عبدالله قطب‌بن‌محیی، تازه-هایی از نقاط مشترک ذهن و نظر دو عارف متفکر در دو حوزة عرفان اسلامی و ادیان هند، به دست می‌آید و در واقع، آن دو آموزگار، دیدگاهی نزدیک به هم دارند. راز رنج و سختی در این جهان، توصیه به محبت به دیگران و اهمیت دادن به سکوت و دست یافتن به مراقبه از دیگر ویژگی‌های همگون و مشترک اندیشة‌ عبدالله قطب‌بن‌محیی با آرای شاکیه‌مونی بودا در سورة‌ نیلوفر است. همچنین، تلاش بودا در تاسیس سَنگَهه و نظام اجتماعی برای عبادات و کوشش عبدالله قطب‌بن‌محیی را در بنای شهرک اخوان‌آباد در چند فرسخی جهرم در جنوب شیراز، نوعی مشابهت در زندگی و بینش آن دو شخصیت می‌توان برشمرد که در این مقاله بیشتر به آن پرداخته شده است.
