ارزیابی شاخص رفاه پایدار (swi) برای ایران و بررسی اثرات آستانه‌ای عوامل موثر بر آن با استفاده از الگوی رگرسیون انتقال ملایم

در این تحقیق، یک شاخص ترکیبی جدید، به‌نام swi (sustainable welfare index) برای ارزیابی »رفاه پایدار « پیشنهاد شده است. این شاخص، متشکل از متغیرهای اجتماعی، اقتصادی و زیست‌محیطیِ جریان و قابل ارزشگذاری به پول بوده و از امکان مقایسۀ مستقیم با شاخص تولید ناخالص داخلی (gdp) برخوردار است. با وجود فقر داده‌های آماری، سعی شده تا از طریق برآورد شاخص یاد شده، ارزیابی نسبی از رفاه پایدار در اقتصاد ایران (طی سال‌های 1383 تا 1397) صورت پذیرد. همچنین با بررسی مقایسه‌ایِ نتایجِ حاصل از برآورد این شاخص با مقادیرgdp، نشان داده شده که دو شاخص، از یک روند تقریباً مشابه در دورۀ تحقیق تبعیت کرده و از همبستگی بالایی برخوردارند. افزون بر این، باوجود فراهم بودن رشد اقتصادی در طول دوره، جامعه از سطح رفاه پایدار پایین‌تری برخوردار بوده‌ است. در این تحقیق، اثر آستانه‌ای سه زیرشاخص swi بر شاخص کل نیز با استفاده از مدل رگرسیون انتقال ملایم (str) مورد بررسی و ارزیابی قرار گرفت که بر این اساس تایید شد؛ زیرشاخص »هزینه‌های اجتماعی « از طریق تغییرات »زیان‌های رفاهی ناشی از نابرابری توزیع درآمد «، دارای اثر آستانه‌ای بر swi است.

Estimation the Sustainable Welfare Index (SWI) In Iran and Investigation of Threshold Effects of Factors Affecting SWI Using Smooth Transition Regression Model

In this study, a new composite index, called the SWI (Sustainable Welfare Index) is proposed to assess sustainable welfare . This index consists of significant social, economic, and environmental variables in flow and monetary forms, and can be directly compared to the GDP. Despite the paucity of statistical data, an attempt has been made to make a relative assessment of sustainable welfare in the Iranian economy during the years 2004 to 2018. According to the comparison of calculated SWI with GDP, it has been shown that the two indicators have similar movements and higher correlations in the period under study. In addition, despite the availability of economic growth during the period, society has been below a sustainable welfare level. In this study, the threshold effect of three SWI subindices on the total index was assessed using the smooth transition regression (STR) Model. As a result, the subindex Social Expenditure through changes in welfare losses due to income inequality is of threshold effect on SWI.
