تعیین بخش‌های پیشران اقتصادی استان البرز با استفاده از جدول داده ستانده منطقه‌ای بر مبنای شاخص mflq

 این پژوهش باهدف شناسایی بخش‌های پیشران و کلیدی استان البرز به‌عنوان ابزاری برای توسعه تولید و اشتغال انجام شده است. از جدول داده-ستانده، که یکی از موثرترین ابزارهای تحلیل ساختار اقتصادی است، برای تعیین ارتباطات بین‌بخشی استفاده شده است. با توجه به محدودیت‌های آماری در سطح استانی، پژوهش حاضر از روش غیر آماری mflq بهره برده و جدول داده-ستانده استان البرز را بر اساس آخرین جدول ملی سال 1395 محاسبه کرده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که بخش صنعت به‌عنوان بخش پیشران استان البرز شناسایی شده است. این بخش به دلیل پیوندهای قوی با سایر بخش‌های اقتصادی، بیشترین اثرگذاری را بر تولید و اشتغال استان دارد. علاوه بر آن،  شش زیر بخش «تولید کاغذ و فرآورده‌های کاغذی و چاپ و تکثیر رسانه‌های ضبط شده»، «تولید فرآورده‌های لاستیکی و پلاستیکی»، «تولید محصولات فلزی ساخته شده، به‌جز ماشین‌آلات و تجهیزات»، «تولید تجهیزات برقی»، «تولید وسایل نقلیه موتوری، تریلر و نیم تریلر» و «تولید سایر مصنوعات» بخش‌های پیشران در صنعت استان البرز می‌باشند.  بر این اساس، توسعه زیرساخت‌های صنعتی، حمایت هدفمند از صنایع پیشران و تقویت ظرفیت‌های صادراتی به‌عنوان توصیه‌های سیاستی ارائه می‌شود. این اقدامات می‌توانند نقش موثری در ارتقای بهره‌وری و رشد اقتصادی پایدار استان ایفا کنند.

determining the economic leading sectors of alborz province using the regional input-output table based on the mflq index

this study aims to identify the key and leading sectors of alborz province as a tool for fostering production and employment development. the input-output table, one of the most effective tools for analyzing economic structures, has been used to determine intersectoral linkages. due to statistical limitations at the provincial level, this research utilized the non-statistical mflq method and calculated the input-output table of alborz province based on the latest national table from 1395. the results indicate that the industrial sector has been identified as the leading sector of alborz province. this sector, due to its strong linkages with other economic sectors, has the most significant impact on the province’s production and employment. moreover, six subsectors, namely paper production and paper products, printing, and reproduction of recorded media, rubber and plastic products manufacturing, fabricated metal products manufacturing, excluding machinery and equipment, electrical equipment manufacturing, motor vehicles, trailers, and semi-trailers manufacturing, and other manufactured products, have been identified as the leading subsectors in alborz province’s industry. based on these findings, the following policy recommendations are proposed: developing industrial infrastructure, providing targeted support for leading industries, and enhancing export capacities. these actions can play a significant role in improving productivity and achieving sustainable economic growth in the province.
