تقویت بهره وری و عوامل موثر بر پیچیدگی اقتصادی؛ با تاکید بر کارایی

یکی از مهم‌ترین اهداف کلان اقتصادی کشورها، ایجاد شرایط لازم جهت ارتقاء رشد اقتصادی مستمر و باثبات است که پیچیدگی اقتصادی به عنوان یکی ازمهم‌ترین بخش‌ها در جهت دستیابی به این هدف می‌تواند مورد توجه قرار بگیرد. بهره‌وری یکی از متغیرهای اصلی موثر بر پیچیدگی اقتصادی است؛ بنابراین تقویت آن می‌تواند سبب افزایش پیچیدگی اقتصادی شود. برای تقویت بهره‌وری می‌توان مولفه‌های کارایی را مورد بررسی قرار داد که از مهم‌ترین این مولفه‌ها می‌توان به افزایش کیفیت آموزش، آموزش حین خدمت، استفاده اثربخش از استعدادها، فراهم نمودن منابع مالی برای تولید کالاهای متنوع و کم‌تر فراگیر و دسترسی به خدمات مالی، در دسترس بودن آخرین فناوری‌ها، جذب فناوری توسط شرکت‌ها، سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی و انتقال فناوری اشاره نمود. تقویت مولفه‌های مذکور منجر به کسب دانش و فناوری برتر و ارتقاء پیچیدگی اقتصادی می‌گردد. لذا این پژوهش، با تاکید بر کارایی و مولفه‌های آن و با استفاده از روش گشتاورهای تعمیم‌یافته(gmm)؛ به بررسی تاثیر تقویت بهره‌وری بر پیچیدگی اقتصادی کشورهای منتخب در مرحله کارایی محور و در شرف ورود به مرحله نوآوری طی دوره زمانی 2016-2006 می‌پردازد. لذا نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد، متغیرهای نرخ ارز، تقویت بهره‌وری و مولفه‌های آن، الزامات اساسی و نوآوری تاثیر مثبتی بر پیچیدگی اقتصادی کشورهای مورد بررسی دارند.

Strengthen Productivity and Effective Factors On Economic Complexity; with Emphasis on Efficiency

One of the most important macroeconomic goals of countries is to create the necessary conditions to promote continuous and stable economic growth, which economic complexity can be considered as one of the most important sectors to achieve this goal. Productivity is one of the main variables affecting economic complexity; therefore, strengthening it can increase economic complexity. To enhance productivity, efficiency components can be examined, the most important of which are increasing the quality of training, inservice training, effective use of talents, providing financial resources for the production of diverse and less inclusive goods, access to financial services, the availability of the latest technologies, the absorption of technology by companies, foreign direct investment and technology transfer. Strengthening these components leads to the acquisition of superior knowledge and technology and promotes economic complexity. Therefore, this study with emphasizing on efficiency; examines the impact of the components of strengthening productivity on the economic complexity of selected countries at the efficiencydriven stage and on the verge of entering the innovation phase during the 20062016 to use of method the Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) will pay. The results show that exchange rate variable, strengthening productivity and its components, basic requirements and innovation has a positive impact on economic complexity.
