برآورد تاثیر تحریم‌های اقتصادی بر تولید و اشتغال بخش کشاورزی

بخش کشاورزی، یکی از مهمترین بخش های اقتصادی است که درصد بالایی از تولید ناخالص ملی را به خود اختصاص می دهد. همچنین این بخش سهم به‌سزایی در اشتغال کشور و جایگاه خاصی در فرایند توسعه اقتصادی دارد. از طرفی بخش کشاورزی نقش بسیار مهمی در ایجاد اشتغال برای روستاییان و جلوگیری از تسریع مهاجرت روستا به شهر دارد. بدین روی، شناسایی عوامل موثر بر تقاضای نیروی کار در بخش کشاورزی از اهمیت فراوانی برخوردار است. جهت بررسی اثر تحریم های اقتصادی بر اشتغال بخش کشاورزی در گام اول این مطالعه تلاش گردید با به‌کارگیری روش تحلیل عاملی شاخصی جدید برای تحریم در مدلسازی اقتصادی مورد بهره برداری قرار گیرد سپس برآورد تاثیر تحریم های اقتصادی بر اشتغال بخش کشاورزی با استفاده از روش سیستم معادلات همزمان طی سال های 1395-1357 بررسی شده است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که تحریم های اقتصادی باعث افزایش اشتغال بخش کشاورزی شده اند.

Estimation of Economic Sanctions Effects on Employment of Agricultural Production

The agricultural sector is one of the most important economic sectors in Iran rsquo;s economy which has a high share of gross national product. This sector has also a significant contribution to the country's employment and process of economic development. On the other hand, agricultural sector plays an important role in creating employment for villagers and it also prevent the acceleration of migration from rural areas to urban areas. Hence, identification of factors which affect labor demand in agricultural sector is of great importance. In order to investigate the effect of economic sanctions on employment of agricultural sector, first of all, we tried to use factor analysis method to create a new index for sanction to use in economic modeling. Then, the effects of economic sanctions on agricultural sector employment has been investigated using the simultaneous equation system method for the period of 13951355. According to the results, economic sanctions lead to increase in employment in agricultural sector.
