رویکرد فلسفی شهید مطهری به پرسش از رابطۀ عقل و دین نسبت عقل و دین از اساسی‌ترین مسائل حوزه معرفت دینی و فلسفی است که از دیرباز ذهن اندیشمندان را به خود مشغول داشته، دیدگاه‌های متفاوتی را هم دامن زده است. در این مقاله نگارندگان درصددند ضمن تحلیل رویکرد شهیدمطهری به مسئلۀ اصول بنیادین دین اسلام، امکان نشاندن آن‌ها در جایگاه اصول موضوعۀ منظومۀ معرفتی دین و لذا خوانشی اصل‌موضوعی از دین را بررسی کنند. سپس این فرضیه بررسی خواهد شد که نگاه مرحوم مطهری به اصول‌دین به مثابه مدخلی عقلی بر دیگر اجزاء منظومۀ دین، جایگاه عقلی ویژه‌ای برای اصول‌دین ترسیم می‌کندکه به‌نوبۀ خود واجد ارزش فلسفی است. دستاورد این امر هم تعیین تکلیف صریح پرسش از رابطۀ عقل و دین از دیدگاه وی به‌عنوان پرسش غایی این پژوهش است. لذا ضمن این بررسی نشان داده‌ایم که وجه فلسفی این پرسش در افق فلسفۀ دین، افزون بر وجوه درون‌دینی آن، در اندیشۀ شهیدمطهری، بروزی مستقل و فلسفی دارد و اتفاقاً این وجه فلسفی هم گاهی مغفول واقع می‌شود. در انتها هم با اتکا‌ بر مقدمات فوق، تنها پاسخ قابل ‌استخراج و سازگار با دیدگاه ایشان به‌عنوان پاسخی صریح در برابر پرسش از رابطۀ عقل و دین طرح و تبیین خواهد شد؛ پاسخی که هم واجد ارزش شناختی در مسئلۀ عقل و دین است و هم تقریری خاص از رابطۀ عقل و ایمان را در منظومۀ اعتقادی دینداران رقم می‌زند.

Motahari’s Philosophical approach to the question of the relation between Reason and Religion

The relationship between Reason and Religion is one of the most fundamental matters in the territory of Philosophy of Religion and philosophical epistemology. Theologians have considered especially religious aspects of it from many centuries ago and have presented different perspectives on this issue. In this paper, we intend to survey Motahari’s view about the Islamic Pillars or Principles, and also analyze possibility of putting these principles as axioms of an axiomatic (and maybe a deductive) system. Then, in further step, we examine the hypothesis that Motahari’s viewpoint of the principles of religion make a Rational Entrance for ancillaries and secondary articles of Islam. Furthermore, we are going to Show this entry is a rational position for the principles of religion that have a philosophical value. In addition; this entry specifies the relationship between reason and religion. Meanwhile, we will represent that its extern–religious prospect in philosophy of religion is independent of intra–religious prospect. Finally, based on this premises, we can derive only one compatible response to the question of relation between Reason and Religion. The response will be a Rational and cross religious one that would be the intersubjective and defensive basis for dialogue among Religions.
