ملزومات صیانت از حریم زناشویی در ارتباط درمانی بین روان درمانگر و درمانجو: یک مطالعه کیفی مبتنی بر دیدگاه زوج در فرهنگ ایرانی

ارتباط درمانی یکی از مهم ترین عوامل تعیین کننده ی موفقیت درمانی است. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی ادراک زوجین ایرانی از حریم خصوصی زناشویی در ارتباط درمانی با روان درمانگر بود. مطالعه ی حاضر، پژوهشی کیفی به روش تحلیل موضوعی مکنون بود. این پژوهش با استفاده از مصاحبه ی نیمه ساخت یافته ی چهره به چهره و نمونه گیری هدفمند انجام شده است. 30 فرد متاهل (15 زن و 15 مرد) ساکن در شهر تهران که حداقل سه سال از زندگی زناشویی آن ها سپری شده بود، دیدگاه شان پیرامون ملزومات صیانت از حریم زناشویی خود در ارتباط درمانی با روان درمانگر را به اشتراک گزاردند. راهبرد شش مرحله ای براون و کلارک (2006) برای استخراج درون مایه ها مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج این تحقیق در قالب سه درون مایه سایبانی، نه درون مایهو چهار درون مایه فرعی طبقه بندی شدند.درون مایه های سایبانی عبارتند از: محرمیت، تخصص و مرز در ارتباط درمانی. نتایج این مطالعه ضمن برجسته نمودن اقبال عمومی نسبت به نقش روان شناس در تقلیل آلام روحی و مشکلات زناشویی در جامعه ی ایرانی، بیانگر اهمیت برخی مولفه های فرهنگ بسته در شکل گیری یک ارتباط درمانی موثر و ملزومات صیانت از حریم خصوصی زناشویی در روان درمانی است.

the essentials of marital privacy protection in therapeutic communication between psychotherapist and client: a qualitative study based on couples’ perspective in iranian culture

therapeutic communication is one of the most important determinants of treatment success. the aim of this study was to evaluate the perception of iranian couples to marital privacy in therapeutic communication with psychotherapist. the present study was a qualitative research using latent thematic analysis method. this research performed with face to face semi structural interview and targeted sampling method. 30 married persons (15 women and 15 men) living in tehran who had spent at least three years of their married life, discussed their viewpoints about requirements of the protection of marital privacy in therapeutic communication with psychotherapist. the six phase strategy of brown and clark (2006) was used to extract themes. after analyzing the results, five main themes were extracted which each have been multiple sub theme. the main themes are: confidentiality of psychotherapist, expertise, moralization, gender homogeneity of therapist and patient, and marital privacy in therapeutic communication: do’s and don’ts. the results of this study highlight the public interest about the role of psychologists in reducing psychological distress and marital problems in the iranian community, express the importance of culture bound elements in the development of an effective therapeutic communication and the necessity of protecting the privacy of the marital psychotherapy as well.
