تدوین و روایی‌یابی برنامۀ مراقبتی والدینی مبتنی بر تجارب زیستۀ مادران دارای کودک مبتلا به دیابت

هدف پژوهش تدوین و روایی‌یابی برنامۀ مراقبتی والدینی، مبتنی بر تجارب زیستۀ مادران دارای کودک مبتلا به دیابت بود. با روش کیفی و رویکرد پدیدارشناسی، 16 مادر دارای کودک مبتلا به دیابت، با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و سپس از طریق مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختاریافته، اطلاعات در زمینۀ عوامل مراقبتی کودکان مبتلا به دیابت جمع‌آوری شد. در تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها به روش کلایزری 4 مضمون اصلی شامل «تاثیر بر ویژگی‌های فردی»، «تاثیر بر خانواده»، «نگرانی‌ها»، و «نیازها» و 18 مضمون فرعی طبقه‌بندی شد و مطابق با این مضامین، یک برنامۀ مراقبتی والدینی در 14 جلسه ویژۀ مادران و 6 جلسه، ویژۀ کودکان مبتلا به دیابت طراحی و تدوین شد. نتایج روایی‌یابی نشان داد حداقل و حداکثر میزانcvr  برای هر آیتم یا جزء برنامه، به‌ترتیب 0/81 و 1 است. همچنین حداقل و حداکثر میزان  cvi برای هر آیتم یا جزء برنامه به‌ترتیب 0/80 و 1 به دست آمد. در نهایت، متوسط شاخص روایی محتوا برای کل برنامه 0/96 به دست آمد. نتایج نشان داد برنامۀ مراقبتی والدینی مبتنی بر تجارب زیستۀ مادران دارای کودک مبتلا به دیابت از روایی صوری و محتوایی مناسبی بهره‌مند است و روایی لازم را برای کاربردهای آموزشی، بالینی و استفادۀ پژوهشی دارد.

compilation and validation of a parental care program based on lived experiences of mothers of children with diabetes

the aim of this research is to develop and validate a parental care program based on the lived experiences of mothers with diabetic children. using the qualitative method and phenomenological approach, 16 mothers with diabetic children were selected using a targeted sampling method, and then through a semi-structured interview, information on the care factors of diabetic children was collected. the analysis of data using the claizzeri method showed 4 main themes including &impact on individual characteristics&, &impact on family&, &concerns&, and &needs& and 18 sub-themes were classified. according to these themes, a parental care program was designed and compiled in 14 sessions for mothers and 6 sessions for children with diabetes. validation results showed that the minimum and maximum cvr for each component of the program were calculated as 0.81 and 1, respectively. the minimum and maximum amount of cvi for each item or component of the program was obtained as 0.80 and 1, respectively. the average content validity index for the whole program was 0.96. the results showed that the parental care program based on the lived experiences of mothers with diabetic children has good form and content validity and has the necessary validity for educational, clinical and research applications.
