بررسی تمایزیافتگی زوجین از خانواده اصلی و نقش آن در پیش بینی الگوهای ارتباطی و رضایت زناشویی در قومیت‌های مختلف ایران

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش تمایزیافتگی زوجین از خانواده اصلی شان در پیش بینی الگوهای ارتباطی و رضایت زناشویی در اقوام ایرانی بود. در این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی، جامعه آماری زوجین اقوام فارس، ترک، کٌرد، عرب و بلوچ بودند. 250 زوج ( 500 نفر) از جامعه آماری فوق که 50 زوج از هر قومیت را تشکیل می دادند، با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و توسط پرسش نامه های تمایزیافتگی هافمن ( 1984 )، نظام کدگذاری تعامل زوجین ایرانی (1389) و رضایت زناشویی انریچ ( 1998 ) ارزیابی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که استقلال تعارضی در مردان و استقلال هیجانی در زنان، بیشترین سهم را در پیش بینی الگوهای ارتباطی و رضایت زناشویی زوجین به طور مستقیم دارد. همچنین در قومیت ها، فقط در مردان قوم بلوچ، استقلال تعارضی، پیش بینی کننده رضایت زناشویی آن ها بود. فرد تمایزیافته در برخورد با مسائل و مشکلات زندگی توانایی برخورد منطقی و عقلانی داشته و می تواند از برخورد با مسائل به صورت احساسی جلوگیری کند. بنابراین این افراد توانایی حل مسائل را به صورت مسالمت آمیز دارند. هرچه تمایز یافتگی فرد بیشتر باشد، به همان اندازه می تواند رفتار خویش را اندیشمندانه و مطابق با اصول صریح و جاافتاده هدایت کند.

The Differentiation of Couples from the Original Family and Its Role in Predicting the Communication Patterns and Marital Satisfaction in Different Ethnic Groups in Iran

The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of differentiation of couples from the original family in predicting the communication patterns and marital satisfaction in ethnic groups in Iran. In this descriptivecorrelational study, the statistical population of the couples was Persian, Turkish, Kurd, Arab and Baluch.250 couples (500 individuals) of the above statistical population who were composed of 50 couples of each ethnicity were selected through available sampling method and with the research tools including Hoffman's differentiation questionnaire (1984), Iranian Couple Interaction Coding System (2010) and ENRICH marital satisfaction questionnaire (1998) and were evaluated. The results showed that conflictual independence in men and emotional independence in women have demonstrated the largest contribution in theprediction of communication patterns and marital satisfaction of couples. Also in ethnicities, only in the Baluch men, conflictual independence was the predictor their marital satisfaction. A differentiated person in dealing with life's problems and has the ability to deal logically and rationally and can avoid emotional confrontation with issues. So these people have the ability to solve problems peacefully. The more differentiated a person is, the more he can lead his behavior thoughtfully and in accordance with the explicit principles.
