شناسایی مهارت های غنی سازی زندگی زناشویی مبتنی بر فرهنگ

ازدواج رابطه منحصربه‌فردی است که غنی‌سازی روابط زوجین، نقش مهمی در تحکیم و رضایت‌مندی آن دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی مهارت‌های غنی‌سازی زندگی زناشویی مبتنی بر فرهنگ بر مبنای روش‌شناسی کیو انجام شد. برای ایجاد فضای گفتمان با 24 نفر از افراد عادی و 16 نفر از افراد متخصص در حوزه خانواده در استان خراسان شمالی، مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته انجام شد. افراد نمونه به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند و نمونه‌گیری تا رسیدن به مرحله اشباع ادامه یافت. 34 عبارت توسط متخصصان به‌ترتیب اولویت دسته‌بندی شدند. تحلیل عاملی دسته کیو با چرخش واریماکس، حاکی از وجود شش عامل بود. یافته‌ها نشان داد که از دید متخصصان حوزه خانواده، مهم‌ترین مهارت‌ها برای غنی‌سازی زندگی زناشویی به‌ترتیب عبارت‌اند از: خودشناسی و آگاهی از تفاوت‌های شخصیتی، مهارت‌های ارتباطی، واقع‌نگری، مهارت‌های دینی و معنوی، مدیریت هیجانی و آگاهی از چرخه تکاملی خانواده. براساس عامل‌های شناسایی‌شده، محتوای پروتکل آموزشی برای غنی‌سازی زندگی زناشویی در هشت گام ارائه شد. نتایج این پژوهش می‌تواند برای آموزش به زوج‌هایی که در آغاز مسیر زندگی زناشویی هستند مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. همچنین مشاوران خانواده و ازدواج می‌توانند از یافته‌های پژوهش برای آموزش‌های پیش از ازدواج و آموزش به زوجینی که در سال‌های اول زندگی مشترک هستند استفاده کنند.

Identifying Marital Enrichment Skills based on Culture

Marriage is a unique relationship that enriches the relationship between the couples, and plays an important role on stability and satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to identify marital life enrichment skills based on Q methodology. Semistructured interview was conducted to create the concourse with 24 ordinary people and 16 family experts in Bojnord, North Khorasan Province. Sample subjects were selected purposefully and the sampling continued until the saturation stage was completed. Thirty four sentences were categorized by experts in order of priority. The factor analysis of the Q group with the varimax rotation showed that there were six factors. The findings showed that, from the viewpoint of family experts, the most important skills for enriching marital life are respectively: selfknowledge and awareness of personality differences, comm. unication skills, realism, religious and spiritual skills, emotional management, and awareness of the family's evolutionary cycle. The findings of this study can be used to educate couples who are at the beginning of their marital life. Family and marital counselors can also use these findings for premarital education as well as for teaching couples who are in the early years of their life.
