نقش واسطه ‌ای ذهنی سازی عاطفه در رابطۀ بین سبک های دلبستگی و عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی

هدف این پژوهش تعیین نقش واسطه ای ذهنی سازی عاطفه در رابطۀ بین سبک های دلبستگی و عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی در دانشجویان و روش پژوهش همبستگی با بر مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. 452 نفر از دانشجویانی که در سال تحصیلی 1400-1401 در استان تهران مشغول به تحصیل بودند با روش نمونه برداری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و مقیاس عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی (فریستون، رئوم، لترته، دوگاس و لادوسر، 1994)، سیاهۀ دلبستگی بزرگسال (بشارت، 2013) و مقیاس ذهنی سازی عاطفه (گرینبرگ، کولاسی، هگستد، برکوویتز و جوریست، 2017) را تکمیل کردند. تحلیل داده ها با روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد مدل ساختاری پژوهش با داده های گردآوری شده برازش دارد. ذهنی سازی عاطفه رابطۀ بین دلبستگی ایمن با عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی را به صورت منفی و رابطۀ بین سبک دلبستگی دوسوگرا با عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی را به صورت مثبت معنادار واسطه گری کرد اما ضریب مسیر غیرمستقیم بین دلبستگی اجتنابی و عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی معنادار نبود. بنابراین یافته ها از این ایده حمایت می کند که توان ذهنی سازی عاطفه دانشجویان بر افزایش تحمل آن ها در مقابل بلاتکلیفی اثر مطلوبی دارد و با توجه به عملکرد محافظتی ذهنی سازی عاطفه می توان برنامه های آموزشی یا درمانی مبتنی بر آن را برای این امر در نظر گرفت

the mediating role of mentalized affectivity in the relationship between attachment styles and intolerance of uncertainty

this study aimed to investigate the mediating role of mentalized affectivity in the relationship between attachment styles and intolerance of uncertainty among university students. research method was correlation based on structural equation modeling. 452 students who were studying in tehran province in the academic year of 1400-1401 were selected through convenience sampling and filled out intolerance of uncertainty scale (freeston, rh eacute;aume, letarte, dugas ladouceur, 1994), adult attachment inventory (besharat, 2013) and mentalized affectivity scale (greenberg, kolasi, hegsted, berkowitz jurist, 2017). sem analysis showed that the structural model of the research fits the collected data. mentalized affectivity mediates the relationship between secure attachment and intolerance of uncertainty negatively, and the relationship between ambivalent attachment style and intolerance of uncertainty positively, but the coefficient of the indirect path between avoidant attachment and intolerance of uncertainty was not significant. therefore, findings support the idea that students rsquo; capacity to mentalize affectivity has a positive effect on their tolerance of uncertainty and considering the protective function of mentalized affectivity, it is possible to consider educational or therapeutic programs based on it for this.
