   بررسی وضعیت عوامل راهبردی دانش آفرینی در دانشگاههای وابسته به وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری

چکیده    This study aims at investigation of conditions of strategic factors that affect on knowledge-creation in the universities affiliated to the ministry of science, research and technology in iran. the process of knowledge-creation in the universities consists of the activities related to knowledge-attraction, knowledge-testing, knowledge-confirmation and knowledge-expansion. twelve strategic factors have been identified through library and field research. by quantitative analyses, the current conditions of the influential strategic factors has been investigated utilizing a questionnaire. the analysis of data indicated that the following factors have the worst conditions among the twelve strategic factors: the liaison with the government and society, the academic relations in both national and international levels, the physical facilities, the organizational structure, research centers, evaluation and reward systems, academic symposiums, gatherings and exhibitions, the recruitment procedures and the graduate programs. the three factors namely, organizational culture, knowledge network and education system had an suitable condition. based on these results, suggestions have been developed in order for improvement and reinforcement of the strategic factors to enhance and develop the knowledge-creation in the iranian universities. keywords: strategic factors of knowledge creation, universities of the islamic republic of iran, knowledge creation, process of knowledge-creation, ministry of science, research and technology.
