بررسی نتایج اعتبارسنجی آموزش عالی با تاکید بر بین المللی سازی آن

بین المللی سازی از پدیده های مهم در آموزش عالی قرن 21 است. پژوهش های بی شماری در این حوزه در کشورهای مختلف و همچنین کشورمان صورت گرفته است. یکی از جنبه های قابل توجه در بین المللی سازی، کیفیت آموزش عالی است. اساساً ورود به جامعه جهانی و بین المللی سازی آموزش عالی، بدون توجه به کیفیت و مولفه های آن امکان پذیر نیست. از آنجا که اعتبارسنجی شناخته شده ترین فرایند اطمینان از کیفیت آموزش عالی است، در مطالعه حاضر کوشش شد تا با بررسی تجارب کشورهای پیشرو در اعتبارسنجی نظیر آمریکا، انگلستان و سایر کشورهای موفق در این زمینه مانند مالزی، انواع تلاش های جاری در این زمینه بررسی شود. در این پژوهش با استفاده از رویکرد توصیفی و روش تحلیل همایندی به این سوال پاسخ داده شد که آیا کوشش های کشورهای منتخب در اعتبارسنجی آموزش عالی در جهت بین المللی سازی آن بوده است؟ نتایج نشان داد که بین مولفه های اعتبارسنجی و بین المللی سازی رابطه وجود دارد. کشورهایی که به اعتبارسنجی و ارزیابی اهمیت بیشتری می دهند و استانداردهای بین المللی کیفیت را به دست آورده اند، به ویژه آنها که در شبکه های بین المللی تضمین کیفیت نظیر inqaahe، apqn و ... عضویت دارند، در کسب مولفه های بین المللی سازی نیز موفق تر عمل کرده اند.

Analyzing higher education accreditation results with an emphasis on internationalization of higher education

Internationalization is an important phenomenon in 21st century higher education. Numerous researches in this field have carried out in different countries as well as in Iran. One of the significant aspects of internationalization is the quality of higher education. Essentially, entering the world community and internationalizing higher education is not possible without considering its quality and components. Since the accreditation is one of the most widely known higher education quality assurance methods. In the present study, an attempt was made to examine the types of current efforts in this field by examining the experiences of leading countries in accreditation such as the United States, the United Kingdom and other successful countries in this field like Malaysia. In this study, using a descriptive approach and a method of collocational analysis, the question was answered whether the efforts of selected countries in accrediting higher education have been in the direction of its internationalization? The results showed that there is a relationship between the components of accreditation and internationalization. Countries that pay more attention to accreditation and evaluation and have achieved international quality standards, especially members in international quality assurance networks such as INQAAHE, APQN, etc., have been more successful in acquiring internationalization components.
