تاثیر کیفیت درک شده وبسایت دانشگاهی بر رضایت دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تاثیر کیفیت درک شده وبسایت دانشگاهی بر رضایت دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز انجام شد. پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر نحوه گردآوری اطلاعات توصیفی پیمایشی از نوع علّی بود. جامعه آماری تمام دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز و بر اساس آمار سایت دانشگاه برابر با 4841 نفر بودند. حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول مورگان 379 نفر محاسبه و روش نمونه گیری غیرتصادفی و در دسترس (داوطلبانه) تعیین شد. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بهره گرفته شد. پرسشنامه برای متغیر کیفیت وبسایت با توجه به شاخص های استاندارد ایزو ای ای اس9126 و مولفه های مدل الشمایله (2015) ساخته و برای متغیر رضایت دانشجویان از ابزار هوانگ (2010) استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش آماری معادلات ساختاری و از نرم افزار ایموس 23 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که شاخص های برازش مدل در حد مطلوب قرار دارد. آزمون فرضیه ها نشان داد که کیفیت وبسایت دانشگاهی بر رضایت دانشجویان تاثیر دارد. همچنین نتایج آزمون فرضیه های فرعی نشان داد که قابلیت اطمینان، کارایی، قابلیت نگهداری، قابلیت انتقال، طراحی وبسایت، پاسخگویی، سهولت استفاده، دسترسی و حفظ حریم خصوصی به عنوان شاخص های خرد کیفیت بر رضایت دانشجویان تاثیر دارد، ولی این رابطه برای عملیاتی بودن سایت معنادار نیست.

The Effect of Perceived Quality of Academic Website on Satisfaction of Graduate Students in Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of perceived quality of university website on graduate studentschr('39') satisfaction in Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz. The research was applied and in terms of data collection method, it was causal descriptivesurvey. The statistical population of the study was all graduate students in Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz based on the statistics of the universitychr('39')s website which was 4,441 individuals. The sample size was calculated based on Morgan table and 379 people were nonrandomly selected through convenience (voluntary) sampling method. A researchermade questionnaire was used to collect data. The research questionnaire was developed for website quality variable according to ISO 9126 standard indices and components of alShamale model (2015). Huang and Wong (2002) tool was used for studentschr('39') satisfaction variable. Structural Equation Statistical Modeling and Emus software were used for data analysis. The results showed that the fit indices of model were in good order. In addition, testing the hypotheses showed that the quality of the academic website had impact on student satisfaction. Also, the results of subhypotheses test showed that microquality indices such as reliability, efficiency, maintainability, transferability, website design, and responsiveness, ease of use, accessibility and privacy affect satisfaction. This relationship was not significant for site operation.
