شاگردپروری اعضای هیات علمی در دانشگاه‌ها، با رویکردی به نظرات تربیتی امام خمینی(ره)

موضوع شاگرد پروری بر اساس تئوری نظری تعلیم و تربیت اسلامی، سهم عمده‌ای را به خود اختصاص می‌دهد. هدف دانشگاه‌ها باید ایجاد و رشد طرز فکر علمی در افراد و آماده کردن دانشجویان برای حل مسائل زندگی باشد. در ضرورت و اهمیت این تحقیق باید گفت مطالعه و بررسی اساس نظری شاگردپروری، در تنویر افکار استاد و ایجاد فکر علمی و منطق او موثر خواهد بود. پژوهش‌های انجام‌گرفته با موضوع شاگردپروری فقط در یک یا دو بعد از ابعاد شناسایی‌شده در این پژوهش صورت گرفته است.این پژوهش با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی استقرایی صورت گرفته است و جامعه آماری آن آثار اندیشمندان دینی ایرانی پنجاه سال اخیر، به زبان فارسی در حوزه علوم تربیتی است. یافته‌های این پژوهش، منجر به طراحی چارچوب شاگردپروری اعضای هیات علمی گردیده است. توجه به شاگردپروری اعضای هیات علمی که بزرگ‌ترین نقش را در بهبود کیفیت آموزش، پژوهش و خدمات اجتماعی ایفا می‌کنند و اختصاص جریانی اثربخش از یاددهی و یادگیری و تربیت دانشجویان در قالب شاگردپروری در تمام ابعاد، در آموزش عالی ضروری است.

raising the disciples by university faculty members with an approach to imam khomeini’s viewpoints

the issue of training the disciples occupies a major chunk of the theory of islamic education. the goal of universities should be to create and develop scientific thinking approach among students and prepare them to solve life problems. in the necessity and importance of this research, it should be said that studying and examining the theoretical principles of training the disciples will be effective in enlightening the teacher’s thoughts and creating his scientific thought and logic. other studies conducted on the topic of training the disciples have been done by focusing only on one or two dimensions of the total dimensions identified in this research. this research has been conducted through inductive qualitative content analysis method, and its statistical population includes the works of iranian religious thinkers of the last fifty years, in the persian language, in the field of education. the findings of this research have led to the development of a framework for raising the disciples by faculty members of the academia. paying attention to the issue of raising the disciples by university faculty members, who play the greatest role in improving the quality of education, research and social services, and assigning an effective current of teaching and learning and educating the students within the framework of raising the disciples in all dimensions, is necessary in higher education programs.
