تدوین الگوی توسعه سرمایه اجتماعی در دانشگاه‌ها با تاکید بر دیدگاه امام خمینی(س)

سرمایه اجتماعی از مهم‌ترین منابع قدرت در گروه‌های انسانی و جوامع بشری است. در این راستا، دانشگاه به‌عنوان یکی از بسترهای اصلی تشکیل گروه‌های اجتماعی و توسعه سرمایه اجتماعی می‌تواند مورد توجه باشد. دانشگاه‌ها به‌عنوان نهادهایی بنیادین عمل می‌کنند که می‌توانند مبنایی برای یادگیری چگونگی تولید سرمایه اجتماعی باشند. در همین راستا امام خمینی نیز نقش حوزه و دانشگاه را در تحولات و توسعه آن، بسیار مهم ارزیابی نموده است و ریشه صلاح و فساد جامعه را در آنجا می‌بیند. بر این اساس هدف این پژوهش، بررسی و شناسایی عوامل تاثیرگذار بر توسعه سرمایه اجتماعی در دانشگاه‌ها با تاکید بر دیدگاه امام خمینی و تدوین الگوی مناسب جهت توسعه آن است. این تحقیق دارای رویکردی کیفی است و جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل اساتید دانشگاه و خبرگان بوده که با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب‌شده و تا زمان حد اشباع (50 مصاحبه) مورد مصاحبه واقع‌شده‌اند. در این پژوهش خدا گرایی، اسلام محوری، خدمت برای خدا و اعتقاد به نظارت الهی، قانون‌گرایی، دین و ایدئولوژی ازجمله عواملی هستند که از زیرساخت‌ها و ملزومات توسعه سرمایه اجتماعی در دانشگاه هستند و در شرایط علی کدبندی محوری شده‌اند. درنهایت، نتایج حاصل از تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که مقوله‌های افزایش اعتماد، مشارکت، مسئولیت‌پذیری، انسجام اجتماعی، امنیت و حفظ ارزش‌های اسلامی از پیامدهای استخدام راهبردهای مناسب در ارزیابی و توسعه سرمایه اجتماعی در دانشگاه‌ها با تاکید بر دیدگاه امام خمینی بوده است.

Designing a Model for Development of Social Capital in Universities with Emphasis on Imam Khomeini’s Viewpoints

AbstractSocial capital is among the most important sources of power in human groups and societies. University is one of the main contexts for the formation of social groups and development of social capital. University functions as a fundamental institution, which can be a basis for learning how to produce social capital. Imam Khomeini considered the role of university and seminary as a very important one in developments and growth of social capital, where the correction or corruption of the society takes place. The objective of the present research is to study and identify the factors influencing the development of social capital in the universities with emphasis on Imam Khomeini’s viewpoints, and, also to design a model for its development. This research is qualitative and its statistical population consisted of university professors and experts. The sample was selected through targeted sampling method until saturation (50 interviews). Theism, Islamcentrism, service for the sake of God, belief in divine supervision as well as abidance by law, religion and ideology are among the factors that constitute the foundation and requirements for the development of social capital in the universities. These factors were codified under causal conditions. The findings of the research indicate that based on Imam Khomeini’s viewpoints, trust, participation, accountability, social solidarity, security and preservation of Islamic values are among the consequences of the adoption of appropriate strategies in evaluation and development of social capital in the universities.
