کارکردهای ارتباطی زبان در رهبری سیاسی امام خمینی(س) و ابعاد انسانی و معنوی آن

نسبت زبان و سیاست، در حوزه اندیشه سیاسی و علم سیاست اهمیت بالایی دارد. مباحث این موضوع به دو بخش تقسیم می‌شود؛ نخست با رویکرد هستی شناختی و معرفت‌شناختی از نقش زبان در فهم سیاست به‌مثابه تمرینی وجودی و تحقق حیوان سیاسی و شهروندی، سخن می‌رود و دوم به کارکردهای مختلف زبان در سیاست توجه می‌گردد. از سوی دیگر با توجه به نقش دین در زندگی اجتماعی و سیاسی، قابلیت‌ها و کارکردهای زبان دین نیز موردتوجه قرارگرفته است. این مقاله با تحلیل کارکردهای ارتباطی، عاطفی و انسانی زبان با روش هرمنوتیک و پدیدار شناختی اثرگذاری این زبان را بر کاهش خشونت، تقابل و ستیز آشکار می‌کند. نتایج این بررسی نشان می‌دهد که امام خمینی در دوران سلطه زبانی در گفتمان مدرنیته که سوژه محور بود، زبانی تازه بر بنیاد دین و عرفان و اخلاق طرح نمود که انسان‌ها را به‌صورت برابر در یک هستی واحد در نظر می‌گرفت. کارکردهای زبان در سیاست نظری و عملی امام در این سامان هستی شناختی معنادار شد. رابطه مردم و حاکمان در زبان امام یک‌سویه و از بالا به پایین نیست، بلکه بر یک عدالت و برابری هستی شناختی که خود را در درون نهادهای مدرن سیاست مانند قانون اساسی نشان می‌دهد استوارشده است.

Language Communicative Functions in Imam Khomeini’s Political Leadership and Its Human and Spiritual Dimensions

The relation of language and politics is very important in the field of political thought and political science. The issues related to this subject are divided into two parts: the first deals with the ontological and epistemological approach to the role of language in understanding politics as an existential exercise and the realization of political animal and citizenship; and, the second focuses on different functions of language in politics. On the other hand, considering the role of religion in social and political life, the capabilities and functions of the language of religion are also taken into consideration. By analyzing the communicative, emotional, and human functions of language, this article by employing a hermeneutic and phenomenological method, will reveal the effect of language on reducing violence, confrontation, and antagonism. The results of this study show that during the lingual hegemony in the discourse of modernity that was subjectbased, Imam Khomeini devised a new language on the basis of religion, mysticism, and ethics that treated human beings equal and as a single being. The functions of language in the theoretical and practical politics of the Imam became meaningful in this ontological system. The relationship of the people and the rulers in the language of the Imam is not onesided from top to bottom, but it is based on an ontological justice and equality that manifests itself within modern political institutions such as the constitution.
