چکیده
|
فرهنگ اصطلاحات و عبارات رایج فارسی (فارسی – انگلیسی)، تالیف استاد دکتر محمدرضا باطنی با دستیاری زهرا احمدینیا در سال 1392 توسط انتشارات فرهنگ معاصر در 1089 صفحه به چاپ رسیده است. در زبان انگلیسی فرهنگهای متعددی وجود دارند که مدخلهای آنها به شرح اصطلاحات و ترکیبات زبان اختصاص دارد. فرهنگ اصطلاحات کالینز کوبیلد[1]، فرهنگ اصطلاحات کمبریج[2] و فرهنگ اصطلاحات امریکن هریتیج[3]نمونههایی از اینگونه فرهنگها هستند. با توجه به اینکه تعداد این فرهنگها در ایران بسیار کمتر از فرهنگهای انگلیسی به فارسی است، انتشار چنین فرهنگی پدیدهای است درخور توجه.1. collins cobuild idioms dictionary2. cambridge international idioms dictionary3. the american heritage dictionary of idioms

Abstract
|
Language contact occurs in various ways in multilanguage societies. One of the most significant results of language contact is code switching, which refers to the use of phrases and words of more than one language within the same utterance or the same conversation. Code switching can be divided into two types: intrasentential and intersentential. ArmenianPersian bilinguals frequently switch from Armenian to Persian in their Armenian conversations. This study examines two types of code switching based on 10 hours of recorded informal Armenian conversations in Tehran. In order to investigate intrasentential code switching in this research, the model proposed by MyersScatton is utilized. For intersentential code switching the approach presented by Blom and Gumperz is employed. The results show that in Armenian conversations of Armenian Persian bilinguals both kinds of code switching take place and intrasentential is used more frequently.
