متن‌کاوی ترجمه‌محور: بررسی مقایسه‌ایِ نظام گذرایی در گفتمان وب‌گاه پارک‌های علم‌وفناوریِ فارسی‌زبان و انگلیسی‌زبان

طبق آموزه‌های دستور نقش‌گرای نظام‌بنیاد، هر متن متناسب با بافت موقعیتی و فرهنگیِ آن شکل می‌گیرد و برساخته می‌شود. بر این اساس، مسئلۀ این پژوهش این بود که تفاوت‌های زبانی گفتمانِ وب‌گاه پارک‌های علم‌وفناوریِ فارسی‌زبان و انگلیسی‌زبان که در ترجمه می‌بایست مد نظر قرار گیرند کدامند. به این منظور، متن بخش «دربارۀ ما» از وب‌گاه 12 پارک علم‌وفناوری انگلیسی‌زبان و فارسی‌زبان استخراج و ویژگی‌های گفتمانیِ آن‌ها در چارچوب نظام گذرایی در دستور نقش‌گرایِ نظام‌بنیاد به‌صورت مقایسه‌ای و توصیفی - تحلیلی بررسی شدند. یافته‌ها نشان دادند که هر چند در هر دو دسته متن از فرایندهای مادی بیش از سایر فرایندها استفاده شده، اما به‌سبب تفاوت بافت‌های فرهنگی، در متن‌های فارسی بندهای مجهول بیش‌تر به‌کار رفته‌اند، پارک در این متن‌ها کم‌تر نقش کنش‌گر دارد، و کاربرد حاشیه‌ها در این متون متفاوت‌ است. سرانجام، پیش‌نهاد شد که در ترجمۀ متن وب‌گاه‌های ایرانی به انگلیسی متنی تولید شود که به هنجارهای بین‌المللیِ این ژانر نزدیک‌تر باشد.

translation-oriented text analysis: a comparative study of the transitivity system in the discourse of persian and english-language science and technology parks

according to systemic functional grammar, a text is constructed in accordance with the situational and cultural context of its production. with this assumption, this paper attempted to explore the distinct linguistic features in the texts of the websites of persian and english language science and technology parks that must be considered in their translation. to this end, the texts of about us sections on the websites of 6 iranian and 6 british and american science and technology parks were comparatively analyzed using the transitivity system within the framework of systemic functional grammar. the findings showed that despite the higher frequency of material processes in both groups of texts, in the persian texts the parks appeared more in the role of goal than actor due to the higher frequency of passive clauses. significant differences were also observed between the two groups of texts in the number and frequency of certain circumstantial elements. finally, it was proposed that in the translation of such persian texts into english adopting the accepted norms of the international discourse of such texts would lead to better communicative results.
