بررسی اثربخشی آموزش گروهی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد به مادران بر کاهش نشانه‌های اختلالات برونی‌سازی در کودکان آنها

سابقه و هدف: اختلالات برونی‌سازی در کودکان، از جمله مشکلات شایعی هستند که می‌توانند به مشکلات جدی در روابط اجتماعی و تحصیلی آن‌ها منجر شوند.درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد (act) به‌عنوان یک رویکرد روان‌درمانی مدرن می‌تواند به کاهش مشکلات رفتاری کودکان کمک کند. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی اثربخشی آموزش گروهی act به مادران بر کاهش اختلالات برونی‌سازی در کودکان آن‌ها بود. روش بررسی: این پژوهش به شیوه نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل و دوره پیگیری یک‌ماهه انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلالات رفتاری برونی‌سازی در مقطع ابتدایی شهر قم در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 بود. از این جامعه، 30 مادر به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به‌طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل (هر گروه 15 نفر) قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش در 8 جلسه آموزش گروهی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد شرکت کردند. ارزیابی‌ها با استفاده از سیاهه رفتاری کودک آخنباخ (cbcl) نسخه والدین، قبل و بعد از مداخله و در مرحله پیگیری انجام شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و آزمون تحلیل واریانس اندازه‌گیری مکرر با نرم‌افزار spss22 تحلیل شدند.  یافته ها: یافته ها نشان دادند که آموزش گروهی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد به مادران تاثیر معنی داری بر کاهش اختلالات برونی‌سازی در کودکان آن‌ها دارد (0.01> p).نتیجه گیری: نتایج حاکی از آن است که آموزش گروهی act می‌تواند به‌عنوان یکی از رویکردهای موثر در آموزش والدین معرفی و اجرا شود.

the effectiveness of group acceptance and commitment therapy training for mothers on reducing externalizing disorder symptoms in their children

background: externalizing disorders in children are common issues that can lead to serious problems in their social and academic relationships. acceptance and commitment therapy (act), as a modern psychotherapeutic approach, can help reduce behavioral problems in children. the aim of this study was to examine the effectiveness of group act training for mothers in reducing externalizing disorders in their children. materials and methods: this study was conducted using a semi-experimental design with a pre-test-post-test control group and a one-month follow-up period. the statistical population included all mothers of children with externalizing behavioral disorders in the elementary schools of qom city during the academic year 2023-2024. from this population, 30 mothers were selected using purposive sampling and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups (15 in each group). the experimental group participated in 8 sessions of group acceptance and commitment therapy training. assessments were conducted using the child behavior checklist (cbcl) parent version, before and after the intervention and at the follow-up stage. data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and repeated measures analysis of variance with spss22 software. results: the results indicated that group act training for mothers had a significant impact on reducing externalizing disorders in their children (p<0.01).conclusion: these findings suggest that group act training can be introduced and implemented as an effective approach in parent education.
