بررسی فراوانی dnaویروس سایتومگال در خون افراد hiv مثبت

سابقه و هدف: ویروس hiv به عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین ویروس‌های بیماری‌زا در جوامع بشری شناخته شده است که به علت ایجاد نقص ایمنی، باعث بروز انواع عفونت‌های فرصت‌طلب در بیماران می‌گردد. از مهم‌ترین ویروس‌های فرصت طلب در این افراد، ویروس cmv است که موجب آسیب جدی و کاهش طول عمر آنها می گردد. به همین  علت تشخیص سریع cmv در افراد hiv مثبت از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. در این پژوهش نشان داده شد که با یک تست ساده در افراد hiv مثبت، می‌توان حضور cmv را بررسی کرد و از وخامت بیماری آن‌ها جلوگیری کرد. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه، 200 نمونه پلاسمای (شامل 147 مرد و 53 زن) افراد hiv مثبت جمع‌آوری و فراوانی cmv-dna در این افراد به روش real-time pcr بررسی شد. سپس، داده‌ها از طریق نرم‌افزارspss  تحلیل آماری شد و ارتباط بین سن و جنس با فراوانی cmv تعیین شد.  یافته ها: فراوانی کلی cmv-dna در حدود 59% به دست آمد که با توجه به گستردگی دامنه سنی افراد مورد بررسی، شیوع نسبتاً بالایی است. این فراوانی در گروه‌های سنی 30-16 و 45-31 سال و در مردان نسبت به زنان بیشتر مشاهده شد.نتیجه گیری: در این تحقیق نشان داده شد که با توجه به بالا بودن شیوع cmv در افراد hiv مثبت باید توجه بیشتری به بررسی cmv با استفاده از تست‌های مولکولی در این افراد انجام شود و می‌توان از کاهش طول عمر و وارد آمدن آسیب‌های جدی ناشی از cmv جلوگیری کرد.

evaluating the frequency of cmv dna in the blood of hiv-positive individuals

background: hiv virus is known as one of the most important pathogenic viruses in human societies, which causes several kinds of opportunistic infections in patients due to immunodeficiency. one of the most important opportunistic viruses in these people is the cmv, which causes serious damage and shortens their lifespan. for this reason, rapid diagnosis of cmv in hiv positive people is important. in this research, it was shown that with a simple test in hiv positive people, it is possible to check the presence of cmv and prevent the deterioration of their disease. materials and methods: in this study, 200 plasma samples (147 males and 53 females) of hiv-positive people were collected and the frequency of cmv-dna was checked by real-time pcr method. then, the data were studied and analyzed through spss software, and the association between age and sex with the frequency of cmv was determined. results: the overall frequency of cmv-dna was found to be around 59%, which is a relatively high prevalence considering the wide age range of the investigated subjects. this frequency was observed in the age groups of 16-30 and 31-45 years and in men more than women.conclusion: it was shown that due to the high prevalence of cmv in hiv-positive people, more attention should be paid to the investigation of cmv using molecular tests in these people, and it is possible to reduce life shortening and serious damage caused by cmv.
