اثربخشی الگوی آموزش مبتنی بر رویکرد حل مساله بر درگیری تحصیلی دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد علوم پزشکی تهران

سابقه و هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر اثربخشی الگوی آموزش مبتنی بر رویکرد حل مساله بر درگیری تحصیلی دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد علوم پزشکی تهران بود. روش بررسی: این پژوهش از نوع پژوهش های شبه آزمایشی و از لحاظ هدف کاربردی محسوب می شود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد علوم پزشکی تهران به تعداد 5928 نفر بودند که 60 نفر در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جای گرفتند. گروه مداخله آموزش مبتنی بر مبتنی بر رویکرد حل مساله را به مدت 8 جلسه دریافت کردند. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه درگیری تحصیلی زرنگ(1391) جمع آوری شده و با بهره گیری از spss نسخه 25 آزمون آماری مانکوا مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: در مرحله پیش آزمون میانگین درگیری تحصیلی در بین دو گروه اختلاف معنی داری نداشت. مقایسه درگیری تحصیلی گروه مداخله نشان داد که تفاوت معنی داری در میانگین این متغیر و ابعاد آن بعد از مداخله مشاهده شد (0.05= p). یعنی الگوی آموزش مبتنی بر رویکرد حل مساله تاثیر معنی داری بر درگیری تحصیلی دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد علوم پزشکی تهران دارد.نتیجه گیری: آموزش مبتنی بر رویکرد حل مساله از جمله عوامل مهمی است که در درگیری تحصیلی دانشجویان نقش دارد.

The effectiveness of education model based on problem solving approach on educational engagement of medical students of Islamic Azad University, Tehran Medical Sciences Branch

Background: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of education model based on problem solving approach on educational engagement of medical students of Islamic Azad University, Tehran Medical Sciences Branch. Materials and methods: This research is quasiexperimental research in terms of applied purpose. The statistical population of this study was all 5928 medical students of Islamic Azad University, Tehran Branch of Medical Sciences, of which 60 were divided into experimental and control groups. The intervention group received training based on a problemsolving approach for 8 sessions. Data were collected using Zerang Academic Involvement Questionnaire (2012) and analyzed using SPSS version 25 by MANCOVA statistical test. Results: In the pretest stage, the mean of academic involvement was not significantly different between the two groups. Comparison of academic involvement in the intervention group showed that a significant difference was observed in the mean of this variable and its dimensions after the intervention (p= 0.05). It shows that the model of education based on the problemsolving approach has a significant effect on the academic engagement of medical students of Islamic Azad University, Tehran Branch of Medical Sciences.Conclusion: Education based on problem solving approach is one of the important factors that plays a role in students’ academic engagement.
