ارتباط پلی مورفیسم rs2274907 ژن امنتین با بیماری دیابت نوع 2 در جمعیت ایرانی

سابقه و هدف: دیابت یکی از رایج ترین بیماری های مزمن متابولیک جهان است که به دنبال کاهش ترشح انسولین و یا مقاومت به انسولین(ir) و تجمع چربی در بافت چربی احشایی ایجاد می شود. امنتین پروتئین مترشحه از بافت چربی است که با میزان ابتلا به دیابت در ارتباط است. هدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی ارتباط پلی مورفیسم rs2274907 ژن امنتین1 با بیماری دیابت بود. روش بررسی: این مطالعه موردی شاهدی بر روی 70 بیمار مبتلا به دیابت و 70 فرد سالم به عنوان شاهد انجام شد. میزان قند خون ناشتا، تری گلیسرید، کلسترول، hdl و ldl در افراد با دستگاه اتوآنالایز و سطح امنتین و انسولین با روش الایزا اندازه گیری شد. تعیین ژنوتیپ با استفاده از روش pcrrflp انجام گرفت. یافته ها: سن، نمایه توده بدنی، ldl، کلسترول، تری گلیسرید، قند خون ناشتا و مقاومت به انسولین در افراد بیمار و سالم تفاوت معنی داری داشت (05/ 0>p). تفاوت معنی داری در سطح امنتین در افراد دیابتی و کنترل مشاهده نشد (05/0p). تحلیل رگرسیونی ژنوتیپ ها نشان داد که ژنوتیپ پلی مورفیسم rs2274907 با دیابت ارتباطی نداشت (05/ 0< p).نتیجه گیری: مطالعه حاضر نشان داد ارتباط معنی داری بین ژنوتیپ rs2274907 و دیابت نوع دو وجود ندارد

Association of rs2274907 polymorphism of omentin gene with type 2 diabetes in Iranian population

Background: Diabetes is one of the most common chronic metabolic diseases in the world that is caused by decreased insulin secretion or insulin resistance and fat accumulation in visceral adipose tissue (IR). Omentin is a protein inferred from adipose tissue that is associated with the rate of diabetes. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between rs2274907 polymorphism of amentine1 gene with diabetes. Materials and methods: This casecontrol study was conducted on 70 patients with diabetes and 70 healthy individuals as control. FBS, TG, CHOL, HDL, and LDL were measured in the subjects and genotype determination was performed using PCRRFLP. Results: Age, body mass index, LDL, cholesterol, triglyceride, fasting high sugar and insulin resistance were significantly different between patients and healthy individuals (p<0.05). No significant difference was observed in omentin level in diabetic compared to control patients (p>0.05). Omentin levels in different genotypes rs2274907 were different in healthy subjects, but the difference was not significant. Omentin levels in different genotypes rs2274907 were different in healthy subjects (p<0.05). Genotype regression analysis showed that genotypes in rs2274907 polymorphism were not related to diabetes (p>0.05).Conclusion: This study revealed that there was no significant relationship between rs2274907 genotype and type 2 diabetes.
