مدل ارتقاء ارزیابی آموزش پرستاری در دانشگاههای آزاد اسلامی: گراندد تئوری

سابقه و هدف: آموزش پرستاری در ایران اگر چه از رشد و روند مثبتی برخوردار است، ولی با چالش هایی مواجه است که وجود این چالش ها اهمیت توجه به ارزیابی را بیشتر می کند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارائه مدلی برای ارتقاء ارزیابی آموزش پرستاری در واحدهای مجری رشته پرستاری دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی انجام گرفت. روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه کیفی به شیوه داده بنیاد بود. مشارکت کنندگان بر اساس اصل اشباع نظری به صورت نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. روش گردآوری داده ها مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته بود. داده ها با استفاده از کدگذاری سه مرحله ای و روش مقایسه ای استراوس و کوربین تحلیل شد. یافته ها: ابعاد مدل ارتقاء ارزیابی آموزش پرستاری در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی در 6 بعد، شامل پدیده مرکزی ، شرایط علّی ، شرایط زمینه ای ، راهبردها ، عوامل مداخله گر و پیامدها شناسایی شدند که ابزار و شیوه های ارزیابی جزء پدیده مرکزی بودند. اعضای هیئت علمی، امکانات آموزشی، شرایط دانشجویان و ساختار سازمانی دانشگاه شرایط علّی بودند. نظام آموزشی، بسترهای حقوقی و بازار کار به عنوان شرایط زمینه ای ارتقاء ارزیابی محسوب شدند. عوامل مداخله گر شامل نگرش سازمانی به ارزیابی و انگیزش سازمانی بودند. راهبردها، دربرگیرنده مدیریت توسعه منابع انسانی و به کارگیری الگوهای موفق ارزیابی بود و پیامد پژوهش، ارتقاء آموزش پرستاری بود.نتیجه گیری: الزامات بی شماری برای اثربخشی ارزیابی پرستار وجود دارد. فراهم آوردن این شرایط می تواند اثربخشی ارزیابی فعلی توسط سیاست گذاران پرستاری را بهبود بخشد.

Model of improving nursing education evaluation in Islamic Azad University: a grounded theory study

Background: Although nursing education in Iran has a positive growth and trend, but it faces challenges that the existence of these challenges makes it more important to pay attention to evaluation. The aim of this study was to provide a model for improving the evaluation of nursing education in nursing units of Islamic Azad University.Materials and methods: The present study was a qualitative study conducted using the Foundationchr('39')s data method. Participants in this study were based on the rule and principle of theoretical saturation who were selected by targeted sampling. The data collection method was semistructured interview. Data were analyzed using threestep coding and a comparative method of Strauss and Corbin.Results: The dimensions of the model of improving nursing education evaluation in Islamic Azad Universities were identified in 6 dimensions, including central phenomenon , causal conditions , contextual conditions , strategies , intervening factors and outcomes . The tools and methods of evaluation were the central phenomenon. Faculty members, educational facilities, student conditions, and the universitychr('39')s organizational structure were the causal factors influencing the central phenomenon. The educational system, legal contexts, social factors and the labor market were considered as the contextual conditions. Interventional factors included organizational and motivation. Strategies included human resource development management and the application of successful assessment models, and the end result of the research was to improve the status of nursing education.Conclusion: There are countless requirements for the effectiveness of nursing assessment. Providing these conditions can improve the effectiveness of current assessment by policymakers
