ارتباط سطح سایتوکین‌ها و hscrp در کودکان مبتلا به اوتیسم و مقایسه آنها باکودکان سالم

سابقه و هدف: مطالعات پیشین نشان می دهند که اختلال در سیستم ایمنی در پاتوفیزیولوژی اختلالات طیف اوتیسم (asd) دخالت دارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی برخی سایتوکین های پیش و ضدالتهابی در سرم خون کودکان اوتیسم و کودکان بهنجار و بررسی همبستگی میزان این سایتوکین ها با hscrp بود. روش بررسی: سطح سرمی سایتوکین های il1β، il1ra، il6، il10، tnfα و hscrp در بیست پسر دارای asd در دامنه سنی 6 تا 14 سال و 20 پسر هم سن سالم اندازه گیری شد. برای تحلیل داده ها از آزمون تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری برای مقایسه متغیرهای مورد پژوهش در دو گروه، و از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون برای ارزیابی ارتباط بین سطوح سایتوکین های مذکور و hscrp، در سطح 0.05>p و نرم افزار spss نسخه 21 استفاده شد. یافته ها: سطح همه سایتوکین ها و همچنین hscrp در گروه کودکان اوتیسم به طور معنی داری بالاتر از کودکان بهنجار بود (0.001>p)، اما رابطه آماری معنی داری بین بالا بودن سایتوکین ها و بالا بودن میزان hscrp در کودکان مشاهده نشد (0.05

The relationship between the cytokines and hsCRP levels in children with autism and their comparison with healthy ones

Background: Previous studies suggest that dysregulation of the immune system is involved in the pathophysiology of autism spectrum disorders (ASD). The aim of the present study was to investigate some preand antiinflammatory cytokines in the serum of children with autism and healthy children and to determine the correlation between these cytokines and hsCRP.Materials and methods: Serum levels of IL1β, IL1RA, IL6, IL10, TNFα cytokines and hsCRP were assessed in twenty boys with autism spectrum disorder, aged 6 to 14 years, and 20 healthy controls. To analyze the data, multivariate analysis of variance analysis was used to compare the variables in the two groups, and Pearson correlation coefficient was utilized to assess the relationship between the levels of the cytokines and hsCRP at the level of 0,05. SPSS software version 21 was used.Results: The results showed that the level of all cytokines as well as hsCRP in the autistic group was significantly higher than normal children (p<0.001), but there was no statistically significant relationship between cytokines and hsCRP levels in children with autism (p>0.05).Conclusion: The results suggest that abnormal immune responses such as increased levels of cytokines can be served as one of the biological markers of ASD.
