تعهد زناشویی و کیفیت ارتباط در زوجین بارور و نابارور

اهداف ناباروری یکی از مشکلات اساسی زندگی زناشویی است که پیامدهای روان‌شناختی بسیاری ازجمله ناتوانی در برقراری روابط باکیفیت بین زوجین و همچنین متزلزل‌کردن تعهد نسبت به زندگی زناشویی را می‌تواند دربر داشته باشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تعهد زناشویی و کیفیت ارتباط در زوجین بارور و نابارور در سال94 و 95 است.مواد و روش ها این مطالعه یک پژوهش تحلیلی از نوع کوهورت است و جامعه آماری این پژوهش تمام زوجینی هستند که در نیمه دوم سال 94 و نیمه اول سال 95 به بیمارستان فوق‌تخصصی صارم تهران مراجعه کرده‌اند. تعداد 200 نفر (96 نابارور، 104 بارور) به عنوان نمونه پژوهش به روش تصادفی انتخاب شدند و مقیاس‌های تعهد زناشویی و کیفیت ارتباط را تکمیل کردند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها بعد از مشخص‌شدن عادی‌بودن پراکندگی داده‌ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تی استودنت و تحلیل واریانس چند‌متغیره استفاده شد.یافته ها نتایج پژوهش حاکی از این بود که در هر دو گروه زوجین بارور و نابارور بین تعهد زناشویی و کیفیت ارتباط، رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد (به ترتیب r=0/27 و r=0/18 هر دو در سطح p<0/05)؛ اما این رابطه در زوجین بارور نسبت به زوجین نابارور قوی‌تر است (به ترتیب کیفیت ارتباط و تعهد زناشویی 0121>p و 0416>p). همچنین نتایج آزمون‌های تی و تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره نشان داد کیفیت ارتباط و تعهد زناشویی در دو گروه زوجین بارور و نابارور تفاوت معناداری دارد (به ترتیب 0/0001>p و 0/002>p).نتیجه گیری با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش می‌توان گفت مسئله ناباروری از میزان تعهد زوجین نسبت به زندگی زناشویی می‌کاهد و در کیفیت برقراری روابط زوجین تاثیر منفی می‌گذارد.

Marital Commitment and Relationship Quality in Fertile and Infertile Couples

Aims Infertility is among the main problems in a marriage. It is associated with various psychological consequences, including the inability to establish a quality couple relationship as well as an unstable marital commitment. The present study aimed to investigate marital commitment and the relationship quality in fertile and infertile couples in 20162017.Methods Materials This was an analytical cohort study. The statistical population consisted of all couples admitting to Sarem subspecialty Hospital in 2016. Two hundred people (96 infertile, 104 fertile) have been randomly selected as the samples. The completed the marital commitment and the relation to quality scales. After checking the normality of the data, the statistical analysis was performed using Pearson rsquo;s correlation coefficient, Student ttest, and Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA).Findings The obtained data revealed a significant positive association between marital commitment and relationship quality in fertile and infertile couples (r=0.27 and r=0.18, respectively) (P<0.05). However, this association was stronger in the fertile couples, compared with the infertile ones (relationship quality and marital commitment: P<0.0121 and P<0.0416, respectively). Moreover, the Student ttest and MANOVA results indicated significant differences in relationship quality and marital commitment between the two groups (P<0.0001 and P<0.002, respectively). Conclusion Infertility reduces couples rsquo; commitment and negatively affects the quality of their relationships.
