بررسی ابعاد دستیاری آموزشی والدین به منظور توانمندسازی آموزش آنلاین در مواقع بحرانی در عصر فناوری های هوشمند

هدف: این تحقیق با هدف بررسی و اولویت بندی ابعاد دستیاری آموزشی والدین به منظور توانمندسازی آموزش آنلاین در مواقع بحرانی انجام شده است. ضرورت: توجه به توانمندسازی آموزش از اهداف مهم مدیریت منابع انسانی در سازمان‌ها و از رویکردهای مورد توجه آموزش مجازی کارکنان است . توانمندسازی آموزش یکی از جنبه‌های کلیدی برای هر سازمانی است امروزه توسعه و موفقیت سازمان‌ها در بلندمدت در بهره‌مندی از شایستگی‌های فعلی و توسعة صلاحیت‌های کارکنان وابسته است از طریق آموزش و توسعه، افراد در سازمان می‌توانند دانش، توانایی و مهارتهای خود را افزایش دهند تا بتوانند کارهای خود را به طور موثر انجام دهند روش شناسی: تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت داده ها یک تحقیق کمی است. به منظور تحلیل داده ها در این پژوهش در مرحله اول از پرسشنامه تکنیک دلفی فازی با استفاده از مقیاس با طیف فازی 7 درجه (کاملاً بی اهمیت تا کاملاً با اهمیت) استفاده شد. سپس از پرسشنامه جهت اولویت بندی ابعاد تحقیق bwm گویه ای اصلاح شده بخش قبلی جهت تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تاییدی استفاده شد. سپس پرسشنامه تکنیک استفاده شد.یافته ها: ابتدا بر اساس ادبیات پژوهش و مصاحبه های تخصصی انجام شده در مجموع 168 مولفه اولیه شناسایی شد. سپس طبق نظر خبرگان با استفاده از روش دلفی فازی مولفه ها غربال شدند که در نهایت 18 مولفه تایید گردید. در ادامه به منظور شناسایی و کشف ابعاد اصلی تحقیق از روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی استفاده شد و مولفه ها در قالب 6 بعد یا عامل دسته بندی شدند. در نهایت اولویت بندی ابعاد به روش بهترین- بدترین انجام شد و به ترتیب توانمندی فردی، توانمندی تدریس، پشتیبانی فضای مجازی، پشتیبانی و ارزیابی و نظارت، توانمندی تعامل اجتماعی و توانمندی تولید در اولویت قرار گرفتند.نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که توانمندی های فردی نقش موثری در دستیابی به اهداف دستیاری آموزشی در بین والدین دارد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که والدینی که توانمندی لازم در تدریس را از نظر مهارتی و آگاهی از چند و چون آن داشته باشند، در کمک به نظام آموزشی از طریق دستیاری آموزشی موفق تر هستد

examining the dimensions of parental educational assistance to enable online education in times of crisis in the era of smart technologies

objective: this study was conducted with the aim of investigating and prioritizing the dimensions of parental educational assistance in order to empower online education in timesof crisis. necessity: paying attention to educational empowerment is one of the important goals ofhuman resource management in organizations and one of the approaches considered invirtual education of employees. educational empowerment is one of the key aspects for anyorganization. today, the development and success of organizations in the long term dependson the benefit of current competencies and the development of employee competencies.through education and development, individuals in the organization can increase theirknowledge, abilities, and skills so that they can perform their duties effectively.methodology: the present study is an applied study in terms of its purpose and aquantitative study in terms of the nature of the data. in order to analyze the data in this study,in the first stage, a fuzzy delphi technique questionnaire was used using a scale with a fuzzyspectrum of 7 degrees (completely unimportant to completely important). then, the modifieditem questionnaire from the previous section was used for exploratory and confirmatoryfactor analysis. then, the bwm technique questionnaire was used to prioritize thedimensions of the research.findings: first, based on the research literature and specialized interviews conducted, a totalof 168 initial components were identified. then, according to the opinions of experts, thecomponents were screened using the fuzzy delphi method, and finally 18 components wereconfirmed. next, the exploratory factor analysis method was used to identify and discoverthe main dimensions of the research, and the components were categorized into 6 dimensionsor factors. finally, the dimensions were prioritized using the best-worst method, and thefollowing were prioritized: personal capabilities, educational capabilities, cyberspacesupport, support and evaluation and monitoring, social interaction capabilities, andproduction capabilities.conclusion: the results showed that personal capabilities play an effective role in achievingthe goals of parental educational assistance. the results also showed that parents who havethe necessary capabilities in teaching in terms of skills and awareness of its diversity aremore successful in helping the educational system through educational assistance.
