ارائه الگویی برای ارزیابی عملکرد شرکت با استفاده از bsc و رتبه‌بندی شاخص‌ها با روش topsis ( مطالعه موردی: شرکت صنعت چوب شمال)

هدف: در عرصه رقابتی اکنون، همه سازمانها به یک سیستم ارزیابی عملکرد اثربخش نیاز دارند، به طوریکه قادر به سنجش کارایی و اثربخشی سازمان، نیروی انسانی و فرآیندها را داشته باشند. از طرفی، چوب نئوپان در صنعت ساخت و ساز استفاده های فراوانی دارد که از جمله می توان به کابینت، سرویس خواب و مبلمان، درب های چوبی به جز درب های ضد سرقت اشاره کرد. در این صنعت از ضایعات چوبی استفاده میشود که میتواند برای اقتصاد کشور بسیار مفید و سازنده باشد. بنابراین بهبود عملکرد این صنعت چه از لحاظ بهبود اقتصاد کشور و چه از لحاظ شرکتهای مشمول این صنعت، بسیار حائز اهمیت می باشد.روش شناسی: در این مقاله با استفاده از رویکرد کارت امتیازی متوازن، شاخصهایی در چهار دیدگاه ( رشد و یادگیری، مشتری، فرآیندهای داخلی و مالی ) تدوین نموده و با استفاده از پرسشنامه و به کمک آزمون ناپارامتریک ویلکاکسون رتبه علامت دار ، از 46 شاخص، 27 شاخص تایید شدند. سپس با روش تاپسیس، رتبه بندی شاخصهای تایید شده، انجام شدنتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته های تحقیق، دیدگاه فرآیندهای داخلی در صنعت نئوپان از اهمیت بالاتری برخوردار است. در میان زیرمعیارها هم معیار میزان تحویل به موقع کالا، مطابقت عملکرد کارکنان با مقررات و دستورالعمل ها، خدمت رسانی به ذینفعان جوار شرکت و سطح رضایت کارکنان اهمیت بسزایی در عملکرد صنعت نئوپان دارد.

presenting a model for evaluating the company's performance using bsc and ranking indicators using the topsis method(case study:north wood industrial company)

objective: in today's competitive arena, all organizations need an effective performance evaluation system, so as to be able to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization, human resources and processes. on the other hand, chipboard has many applications in the construction industry, including cabinets, bedding and furniture, wooden doors except to anti theft doors. in this industry, wood waste is used, which can be very useful and constructive for the country's economy. therefore, improving the performance of this industry is very important both in terms of improving the economy of country and in terms of the companies included in this industrymethodology: . in this article, using the balanced scorecard approach, indicators in four perspectives (growth and learning, customer, internal and financial processes) were compiled and using a questionnaire and non parametric wilcoxon test with a marked rank, 27 indicators were approved out of 46 indicators. then, the topsis method was used to rank the approved indicatorsconclusion: according to the research findings, the perspective of internal processes in chipboard industry is more important. among the sub criteria, the criteria of timely delivery of goods, compliance of employees' performance with regulations and instructions, service to the company's neighboring stakeholders and the level of employee satisfaction are very important in the performance of the chipboard industry.
