شاخصه های مدیریت مطلوب در نظام حوزه با تکیه بر دیدگاه مقام معظم رهبری

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر تبیین، تحلیل و ارزیابی شاخصه های مدیریت مطلوب حوزه ی علمیه با تکیه ی عمده بر فرمایشات مقام معظم رهبری است.ضرورت: با توجه به آنکه حوزه های علمیه از مراکز بسیار مهم پرورش و تربیت طلاب علوم دینی محسوب شده و بستری در جهت تربیت علماء، فقیهان و مراجع تقلید محسوب میگردد که با چشم انداز اهداف والای اجتماعی در حوزه ی تعالی فرهنگ ناب اسلامی به فعالیتهای مختلف در عرصه های گوناگون می پردازد، لذا واکاوی و تشخیص شاخصه های اصلی مدیریت جهت کسب تجربه و اجرایی سازی آنها و همچنین پرهیز از هرگونه اتلاف زمان در بکارگیری این ملاکهای مهم، ازضرورت های این تحقیق است.روش شناسی: روش پژوهش حاضر، از نوع کیفی است که بر اساس شیوه توصیفی و تحلیلی انجام شده و داده های پژوهش نیز از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه ای گردآوری شده است.یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش بیانگر وجود شاخصه های مهم در راستای تامین اهداف مقدس حوزه نظیر؛ مدیریت فقه محور، اخلاق و معنویت، مولفه جهادی، پایبندی به مبانی و ارزشهای انقلاب، استقلال محوری، مدیریت متمرکز، آگاهی جامع بر نظام مدیریتی، تکیه بر تربیت مدیر و مساله ی دشمن شناسی است.نتیجه گیری: در حوزه ی شاخصه های مذکور با آسیب شناسی ها و شناخت موانع موجود در مسیر، می توان با به کار بستن راهکارهای مفید و موثر همچون؛ فقه اخلاق محور، اخذ ضمانت اجرا، معنویت کاربردی با اقدامات جهادی، تغییر وضعیت از انفعال به فعال، عملیاتی سازی استقلال ساختاری و مادی با اقدام جهادی، مدیریت شورایی قائم به فرد اصلح، دشمن شناسی در دو محور: دفاع و تهاجم، در جهت تحقق اهداف عالیه گامی مثمر ثمر برداشت.
