مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری عوامل ارتقاء ربط عملی تحقیقات سازمانی در بخش دولتی ایران

مساله و هدف: هدف از تحقیق حاضر، ارائه مدلی بومی ارتقاء ربط عملی تحقیقات سازمانی در بخش دولتی ایران می باشد. روش: با توجه به اینکه تحقیق حاضر به دنبال ارائه مفهوم سازی و تکمیل نظری پدیده مورد مطالعه می باشد از حیث هدف بنیادین بوده و راهبرد تحقیق، آمیخته از نوع اکتشافی متوالی (کیفی – کمی) می باشد. در مرحله کیفی از روش نظریه داده بنیاد کلاسیک (رهیافت گلیزر) و در مرحله کمی از رهیافت پیمایشی استفاده شده است. برای گرداوری داده ها در مرحله کیفی از مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند و در مرحله کمی از پرسشنامه استفاده گردیده است. روش تحلیل در مرحله کیفی کدگذاری داده ها و در مرحله کمی مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری به کمک نرم افزار pls می باشد.یافته ها: در مرحله کیفی « معنابخشی به محتوا » به عنوان مقوله اصلی شناسایی گردیده و مقوله های زیست بوم پژوهشی و خبرگی پژوهشگر به عنوان عوامل زمینه ای ، مقوله های مهارت مدیریت پژوهش، جایگاه پژوهش در تصمیم سازی کاربر و سلامت پژوهش به عنوان عوامل حاکمیتی و مقوله های اقناع بهینه کاربر و عملگرایی در طرح پژوهش به عنوان عوامل رفتاری محقق، مرتبط با مقوله اصلی استخراج گردیدند. در مرحله کمی نیز تحلیل های آماری حاکی از تایید مدل تحقیق و روابط فرضیه سازی شده میان متغیرها است. نتیجه گیری: چنین نتیجه گیری گردید که در اوج حساسیت های جامعه علمی و مدیریتی کشور نسبت به موضوع شتاب علمی، بکارگیری مدل تحقیق می تواند ربط عملی تحقیقات سازمانی و شتاب علمی بخش دولتی را ارتقا بخشد.

STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODELING OF ENHANCE FACTORS OF PRACTICAL RELEVANCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL RESEARCH IN THE IRAN’s PUBLIC SECTOR

Context: The purpose of the present study is to design native model for enhancing the practical relevance of organizational research in the Iran’s public sector.Methods: Considering that the present study seeks to provide conceptualization and theoretical completion of the phenomenon under study, the present is fundamental in terms of purpose and the research strategy is exploratory mixed method (qualitative quantitative). a semistructured interview was used in qualitative stage and a questionnaire was used in quantitative stage to data collection. The analysis method in the qualitative stage of research was data coding and in the quantitative stage is Structural equation modeling using the PLS software.Result: The results of qualitative stage indicate that giving significance to content has been identified as a central and the categories include the research ecosystems , researcher expertise , research management skill, research place in decisionmaking, Research Health , Optimal Persuasion of practitioners and pragmatism in the research design has been identified related with central phenomenon. statistical analysis in the quantitative stage confirms the research model and hypothesized relationships between variables. Conclusion: at the height of the attention and sensitivities of the scientific and management community to the necessity of scientific leap and acceleration, Using the model can enhance the practical relevance of organizational research.
