بررسی تاثیر اقدامات مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز بر عملکرد اجتماعی و رقابت پذیری در معدن سنگ آهن چادرملو

از آنجایی که اقدامات سبز در محیط‌های صنعتی بسیار رواج پیدا کرده و عملکرد را تحت الشعاع قرار داده است، پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تاثیر اقدامات مدیریت زنجیره‌ی تامین سبز بر عملکرد و رقابت پذیری در معدن سنگ آهن چادرملو می‌پردازد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و به لحاظ شیوه‌ی تحلیل، توصیفی پیمایشی است. جامعه ی آماری این پژوهش عبارتست از مدیران و کارشناسان سازمانی شرکت سنگ آهن چادرملو (به تعداد 317 نفر)که از این میان 180 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد ابزار جمع آوری داده ها، پرسشنامه ی بومی‌سازی شده مبتنی بر پژوهش یانگ و همکاران (2013) و یونس و همکاران (2016) بود. اعتبار پرسشنامه با معیار روایی تاییدی و پایایی آن با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ مورد تایید قرار گرفت. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار pls بهره گرفته شد. آزمون فرضیه های پژوهش با کمک مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که اقدامات داخلی و همکاری های خارجی مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز با عملکرد سبز و رقابت‎پذیری شرکت ارتباط دارد. همچنین، ارتباط هر دو بخش مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز با عملکرد اجتماعی شرکت تائید شد. از سوی دیگر، ارتباط رقابت پذیری با عملکرد اجتماعی شرکت مثبت و معنادار بود. علاوه بر این، نقش میانی رقابت پذیری در ارتباط مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز و عملکرد اجتماعی تنها در ابعاد اقدامات داخلی و مشارکت خارجی تائید شد. در نهایت می توان گفت، اقدامات داخلی و مشارکت های خارجی مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز در شرکت چادرملو سبب تقویت عملکرد اجتماعی شرکت می گردد.

The Effect of Green Supply Chain Management Practices on Performance and Competitiveness in a Chadormaloo Iron Ore Mine

Because green practices are very common in industrial environments and have affected on performance.The present study investigates the effect of green supply chain management measures on performance and competitiveness in Chadormelo iron ore mine. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptivesurvey in terms of analytical method.The statistical population of this study is the managers and organizational experts of Chadormelo Iron Ore Company (317 people), of which 180 people were selected as a sample by simple random sampling method.Data collection tools were a localized questionnaire based on the research of Yang et al. (2013) and Younes et al. (2016).The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the validity criterion and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient.Structural equation modeling and PLS software were used to analyze the data.The test of research hypotheses with the help of structural equation modeling showed that internal measures and external collaborations of green supply chain management are related to green performance and competitiveness of the company.Also, the relationship between both green supply chain management departments and the company's social performance was confirmed.On the other hand, the relationship between competitiveness and corporate social performance was positive and significant.In addition, the mediating role of competitiveness in the relationship between green supply chain management and social performance was only confirmed in terms of internal measures and external participation.Finally, it can be said that internal measures and external partnerships of green supply chain management in Chadormelo Company strengthen the company's social performance.
