تعیین نقش نیاز به شناخت و خودکارآمدی پیش‌آموزشی در پیش‌بینی انگیزش یادگیری داوطلبان دوره‌های آموزشی مرکز کارآفرینی دانشگاه اصفهان

هدف این پژوهش تعیین نقش نیاز به شناخت و خودکارآمدی پیش‌آموزشی در پیش‌بینی انگیزش یادگیری داوطلبان دوره‌های آموزشی مرکز کارآفرینی دانشگاه اصفهان بود. روش پژوهش رابطه‌ای بود. جامعۀ آماری همۀ داوطلبان شرکت‌کننده در دوره‌های آموزشی مرکز کارآفرینی دانشگاه اصفهان از ابتدای تاسیس تاکنون بود، اما به دلیل نداشتن امکان دسترسی به همۀ این افراد، نمونه‌ای شامل 164 نفر از این کارآموزان که در بازۀ زمانی پاییز و زمستان 1391 در دسترس بودند، انتخاب شدند. افراد شرکت‌کننده به پرسشنامه‌های نیاز به شناخت (کاسیوپو، پتی و کائو، 1984)، خودکارآمدی پیش‌آموزشی (کوئینونز، 1995) و انگیزش یادگیری (نو و ویلک، 1993) پاسخ دادند. داده‌ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون گام به گام تحلیل شدند. یافته‌های گام آخر تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که هر دو متغیر نیاز به شناخت و خودکارآمدی پیش‌آموزشی قادر به پیش‌بینی انگیزش یادگیری هستند و در مجموع 37 درصد از واریانس انگیزش یادگیری را تبیین می‌کنند (01/0p<).

Determination of the Role of Need for Cognition and Pre training Self efficacy in Prediction of Learning Motivation in Volunteers of the Courses in the University of Isfahan Entrepreneurship Center

The aim of this study was to examine the role of need for cognition and pre training self efficacy in prediction of learning motivation in volunteers of the education courses in the University of Isfahan entrepreneurship center. The research method was correlation. The statistical population included all the volunteers who participated in the courses of the University of Isfahan entrepreneurship center since the establishment of the center until now, but because of lack of access to all of them, the sle (164 people) composed of trainees available in Fall 2012 and Winter 2013. Participants completed the Need for Cognition Scale (Cacioppo, Petty Kao, 1984), Pre training Self efficacy Scale (Quinones, 1995), and Motivation to Learn Scale (Noe Wilk, 1993). The data analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression. The results of the end step of regression analysis showed that variables of pre training self efficacy and need for cognition are able to predict learning motivation, and generally explain 37 percent of learning motivation (P<0.05).
