تاثیر ابعاد باورهای مذهبی بر شادی معلمان ابتدایی در محیط کار

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تاثیر ابعاد مختلف باورهای مذهبی (بعد اعتقادی، بعد مناسکی، بعد عاطفی، بعد پیامدی) بر میزان شادی معلمان ابتدایی در محیط کار انجام شد. این مطالعه از نوع پژوهش توصیفی همبستگی بود. جامعۀ آماری آن را معلمان مقطع ابتدایی ناحیۀ دو آموزش و پرورش شهر اصفهان به تعداد 690 نفر تشکیل می دادند. با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای 250 معلم انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده در پژوهش، پرسشنامۀ سنجۀ دینداری بر مبنای الگوی گلارک و استارک (به نقل از سراج زاده، 1377) با 26 پرسش که چهار بعد (اعتقادی، مناسکی، عاطفی و پیامدی) را می سنجد و پرسشنامۀ شادی اکسفورد (ارگایل و لو،1990) با 29 پرسش چهار گزینه ای بوده است. داده های حاصل از پرسشنامه های پژوهش از طریق ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون گام به گام مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. ضریب یافته ها دال بر آن بود که همبستگی بین ابعاد مناسکی و پیامدی با شادی معنی دار است (p<0/001). لذا، فرضیۀ دوم و چهارم (مناسکی و پیامدی) تایید شد و فرضیۀ اول و سوم (اعتقادی و عاطفی) تایید نشد.

The Effect of Different Aspects of Religious Belief on the Elementry Teachers’ Happiness in the Working Environment

This study was aimed to investigate the effect of various aspects of religious belief including rituals, emotional and consequential aspects on the happiness of elementary teachers in the working environment. This was a descriptive correlational study. The population under study consisted of 690 teachers in district 2 of the Ministry of Education and Training of Isfahan. From among them, 250 teachers through random stratified sling were selected. The instruments were the Religion Assessment questionnaire (by Serajzadeh, 1998) taken from Stark and Glark measuring four dimensions (beliefs, rituals, emotional and consequential aspects) and the Oxford Happiness questionnaire (by Argyle, 1990). Data were analyzed through Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression analysis. It was found that the relationship between ritual and consequential aspects with happiness was significant. (P<0.001)
