تاثیر طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه، دشواری در تنظیم هیجانی و سبک های مقابله در پیش بینی نارضایتی جنسیتی در افراد متقاضی تغییر جنسیت

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه به عنوان عوامل شناختی و نقش دشواری در تنظیم هیجان و سبک های مقابله به عنوان عوامل هیجانی در بروز نارضایتی جنسیتی در افراد متقاضی تغییر جنسیت بود. طرح پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری، کلیه افراد مبتلا به نارضایتی جنسیتی بودند که برای طی مراحل قانونی تغییرجنسیت به اداره کل پزشکی قانونی خراسان رضوی مراجعه داشتند. نمونه پژوهش 100 فرد مبتلا به نارضایتی جنسیتی بود که بصورت نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و پس از اخذ رضایت نامه آگاهانه پرسشنامه های دشواری در نظم بخشی، طرحواره یانگ، سبک های مقابله و اختلال هویت جنسی را تکمیل نمودند. داده ها با استفاده از روش آماری رگرسیون چندگانه به شیوه گام به گام تحلیل شدند. سطح معنی داری برای آزمون های آماری 0.05 بود. نتایج تحلیل در زمینه طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه، به ترتیب طرحواره های محرومیت هیجانی، بی اعتمادی و بازداری هیجانی را استخراج می کند. مهمترین متغیرها به ترتیب راهبردهای محدود، بی اعتمادی، دشواری در کنترل تکانه و محرومیت هیجانی را نشان می دهد. بر اساس یافته های پژوهش، نقش همزمان عوامل شناختی و هیجانی در بروز نارضایتی جنسیتی در افراد متقاضی تغییر جنسیت شایان توجه است.

Investigating the role of early incompatible schemas, difficulty in emotional regulation and coping styles in the prediction of gender dysphoria in people undergoing gender transitions

The purpose this study was to investigate the role of early maladaptive schemas as cognitive factors and the role of difficulty in emotional regulation and coping styles as emotional factors in the prediction of gender dysphoria. This study was correlational. The statistical population included all individuals with gender dysphoria, visiting the Iranian Legal Medicine Organization of Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran, in order to follow legal proceedings for gender reassignment. Hundred participants were selected via convenience sampling, gave informed consent, and completed questionnaires: Difficulties in Emotion Regulation, Young Schema, coping styles, and Gender Identity Disorder The data were analyzed by stepwise regression .Based on the results of stepwise regression analysis in the field of difficulty in emotional regulation, the most important variable is limited strategies and the other important variables are the difficulty in performing the purposeful behavior, lack of emotional awareness and difficulty in controlling the momentum and the style of emotionfocused coping. The results of this analysis in the context of early maladaptive schemas extract the emotional exclusion schemas, distrust, and emotional inhibition. The results of this analysis, in general, show the most important variables in terms of limited strategies, distrust, difficulty in controlling impulse and emotional deprivation.
