شبکۀ معنایی طرد و بریدگی: تدوین واژگان فارسی و بررسی ارتباط آنها با طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار اولیۀ حوزۀ طرد و بریدگی

پژوهش در زمینه فرایندهای شناختی ضمنی و سوگیری‌های شناختی در طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه، نیازمند تهیه محرک‌های مرتبط با طرح‌واره است. این مطالعه پیمایشی با هدف تعیین واژگان مرتبط با طرح‌واره‌های حوزه طرد و بریدگی به‌عنوان محرک‌های کلامی انجام شد. با مرور فرهنگ فارسی صدری افشار، 404 کلمه توسط پژوهشگران بر اساس ارتباط آنها با نیازهای هیجانی ارضا نشده و خاطرات هیجانی مشترک افراد با این طرح‌واره‌ها، انتخاب شد. از میان آنها 164 کلمه براساس شاخص روایی محتوا، توسط سه طرح‌واره درمانگر به‌عنوان کلمات برانگیزاننده طرح‌واره‌هایاین حوزه انتخاب و طرح‌واره مرتبط با آنها تعیین شد. طرح‌واره‌های رهاشدگی، بی‌اعتمادی، محرومیت هیجانی، انزوای اجتماعی و نقص به ترتیب برای 32، 50، 29، 6 و 32 کلمه تعیین شد. در مرحله بعد سی روان‌شناس آموزش‌دیده در حیطۀ طرح‌واره درمانی به ارزیابی میزان ارتباط کلمات با طرح‌واره‌ها در طیف لیکرت 4 نمره‌ای پرداختند. تکرار مضمونی محوری در هر گروه از کلمات، نگرانی و هیجانات بیماران و اهمیت تاکید بر کلام و گفتار درونی را نشان می‌دهد. این پایگاه داده کلامی محتوای لازم پارادایم‌های شناختی برای سنجش، درمان و پیشگیری از فعال شدن طرح‌واره‌ها را فراهم می‌سازد.

Semantic network of rejection and disconnection: providing persian words and examining their relation to early maladaptive schemas of disconnection and rejection domain

In order to research in field of implicit cognitive processes and cognitive biases in early maladaptive schemas, providing any related stimulus to schemas is necessary. This descriptive study was conducted to determine the Persian words related to schemas of disconnection and rejection domain as the verbal stimulus. 404words were selected through reviewing the Persian lexicon, Sadri Afshar by researcher based on their relation to common unmet emotional needs and emotional memories of people with schemas. 164 words were selected based on content validity by three schema therapists as activating words for schemas and their related schemas were determined. Abandonment, mistrust, emotional deprivation, defectiveness and social isolation were determined to 32, 50, 29, 32 and 6 words. Then the extensions to which they were linked to schemas were evaluated in the 4 score Likert scale by 30 psychologists who were trained in schema therapy. The repetition of the core content in each group of words indicates patients’ concerns and emotions and importance of emphasis on speech and inner speech. This verbal database can provide materials for cognitive paradigms in evaluating, treating and preventing activation of schemas.
