تعیین پایایی و روایی پرسشنامه انتقال به بازنشستگی و رابطه آن با مقاومت در برابر تغییر (مطالعه موردی معلمان در آستانه بازنشستگی)

هدف از این پژوهش تعیین پایایی و روایی پرسشنامه انتقال به بازنشستگی و رابطه آن با مقاومت در برابر تغییر در معلمان در آستانه بازنشستگی بود. پرسشنامه انتقال به بازنشستگی توسط مجیوری، نیهیل، فرویدوکس و روسیر (2013) بر اساس نوع شناسی شولسبرگ از افراد بازنشته طراحی شد که پنج بعد مربوط به ادراک شخصی در خصوص انتقال به بازنشستگی، بازنشستگی و برنامه‌ها و فعالیت‌های آن را می­سنجد. این پرسشنامه بر روی نمونه 315 نفری از معلمانی که دارای سابقه بیش از بیست سال بودند اجرا شد. برای تعیین پایایی پرسشنامه از آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد که پایایی عوامل پنجگانه پرسشنامه از 0.70 تا 0.94 به دست آمد. به‌منظور تعیین روایی سازه از تحلیل عامل تاییدی استفاده گردید که نتایج حاکی از مناسب بودن ساختار پنج عاملی این پرسشنامه بود. نتایج بررسی رابطه بین مقاومت در برابر تغییر با انتقال به بازنشستگی نیز نشان داد که روزمرگی با ماجراجویی رابطه منفی دارد، اما روزمرگی، واکنش هیجانی و تمرکز کوتاه مدت با کاوشگری و انزواطلبی رابطه مثبت دارند (0.01>p).

Determining reliability and validity of the Transition to Retirement Questionnaire and its relationship with resistance to change (case study: teachers nearing retirement)

The aim of this research was to determine reliability and validity of the Transition to Retirement Questionnaire (TRQ) and to study its relationship with resistance to change. Based on Schlossberg’s typology of the retired, the TRQ is designed by Maggiori, Nihil, Froidevaux and Rossier (2013) to assess five dimensions related to personal perceptions of transition to retirement, retirement, and personal plans and activities. The questionnaire on the sample of 315 teachers who have a history of more than twenty years was conducted. Cronbach’s alpha was used to determine reliability of the questionnaire. From 0/70 to 0/94 reliability five factors were obtained. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to determine validity of the questionnaire. The results indicate suitability of the fivefactor structure of the questionnaire. The results of the relationship between resistance to change and the transition to retirement also indicated that routine seeking has a negative relationship with adventure, but routine seeking, emotional reaction and shortterm focus have the positive relationship with searcher and retreater (p<0.01).
