پیش‌بینی رفتار جامعه‌پسند بر اساس اعتماد اجتماعی و دیدگاه‌گیری اجتماعی

هدف این پژوهش پیش‌بینی رفتار جامعه‌پسند بر اساس اعتماد اجتماعی و دیدگاه‌گیری اجتماعی بود.جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل معلمان تمامی مقاطع شاغل در مدارس شهر سنندج در سال 1396 بود که تعداد 425 نفر (230 زن و 195 مرد) شرکت‌کننده، به‌عنوان نمونه پژوهش به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای، پرسشنامه‌های شخصیت جامعه‌پسند (پنر، 2002)، اعتماد اجتماعی (صفاری‌نیا و شریف، 1389) و دیدگاه‌گیری اجتماعی (محققی و همکاران، 1395) را تکمیل کردند. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که سه مولفه از متغیر دیدگاه‌گیری اجتماعی شامل ادراک دیدگاه دیگران، خود را جای دیگری گذاشتن و احترام به تفاوت‌ها و دو مولفه از متغیر اعتماد اجتماعی شامل تمایلات همکاری‌جویانه و صداقت می‌توانند به‌طور معنی‌داری شخصیت جامعه‌پسند را پیش‌بینی کنند (p≤0/05) و 17 درصد واریانس را تبیین نمایند.

Prediction of Prosocial Behavior Using the Social Trust and Social Perspective Taking

The purpose of this research was to anticipate prosocial behavior using social trust and social perspective taking. The statistical population of the study included teachers of all educational levels of Sanandaj city in 2017. in this study 425(230 women and 195 men) techers participated. They were selected based on categorical random sampling method. The participants completed the Prosocial Behavior (penner, 2002), Social Trust (saffarinia and sharif, 2009) and Social Perspective Taking (mohaghegi and et al, 2016) questionnaires. The results of regression analysis showed that three components of social perspective taking variable including perception of the views of others, putting self in the place of others and respect for differences, and two components of social trust variable including cooperative tendencies and honesty can be significantly predict prosocial personality (P≤0/05) and explain 17% of variance.
